Beach is hardly a 10 minutes walk from the hotel.
There is no lift,but only two floors so not a problem.
Literally 100yds to the beach,good car parking,and the pool should be fully refurbished by high season.
Whatever you do don't miss the kiosk at the front of the hotel,they serve great souvlaki and the sheftalia is the best I've had in years.
