Very nice apartment. We were in 312. It is excellent for 4 people - it has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and terrace. It is half an hour walk from Limassol marina, and about 20 min from old town.
The host was very pleasant. I would recommend it

We choose that location lately quite often. This time we got an amazing Appartement... Huge balcony and sea view. The rooms are nice and clean. Close to the sea, not to far from the old Town. Great

Very expensive, no view, little dirty, forget to park your own car the week end , the parking is free and open for everybody in the city if the guard is not there. Forget also the pool , it is not clean and the tenants do not care.
