“The apartment did not have a city view as described, and it was very dirty. The bedsheets were not clean, which made the stay uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the owner’s behavior was extremely rude and lacked basic manners and empathy. I truly hope she experiences the same treatment she gave us, so she understands how it feels. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. There was no understanding or basic human decency — I genuinely feel sorry for the owner.”

This apartment building offers some attractive features, but there are several significant downsides. The rooftop pool is shallow, warm, and often dirty. It operates on a set schedule, and even residents can’t access the roof outside of these hours. Early morning swims are not an option. The gym is outdated and hasn’t been updated in years.

The quality of the apartments varies depending on the entrance. Some units have thin drywall walls, making it easy to hear your neighbors, especially if your living room is adjacent to their bedroom. Pigeons love the balconies, so if you don’t have a cat, you’ll be constantly cleaning up pigeon droppings.

The parking situation is problematic. The building’s parking lot is very small, with only about 25 spaces for the entire large complex. It’s usually full. There is a municipal parking lot nearby, but carrying groceries from there is inconvenient.

The building has three different addresses, which causes confusion for couriers and food delivery drivers unfamiliar with the property. They often mix up the entrances and buildings or end up at the main entrance.

Due to the nearby school, the street is clogged with cars every day at 9 AM.

On the plus side, the building is close to the sea. Almost all the ground-floor apartments have large terraces and are rented out to tourists, who can party all night and disturb your sleep. The building was originally an unfinished hotel that was later converted into apartments. The first four entrances were designed for the hotel, resulting in their unique layout and material quality. The newer entrances are of higher quality. There are no solar panels, so water is heated by a boiler over the bathtub.

The owner of the apartment is nice, but unfortunately does not justify the expensive price at all. Limsol is not friendly at all.

Very expensive, no view, little dirty, forget to park your own car the week end , the parking is free and open for everybody in the city if the guard is not there. Forget also the pool , it is not clean and the tenants do not care.
