Neptune Hotel Apartments Paphos in Coral Bay

These apartments are functional and easy access to beach ( 10 min walk) supermarket ( 2 min) lots of places to eat . However , on closer inspection the rooms are very tired and in desperate need of cleaning and decorating . The shower heads are layered in limescale , the shower is disgusting and the toilet brush has that much DNA on it , it deserves its own forensic crime series ! A dead huge cockroach was in situ when we moved in and remains there a week later . Be aware you can’t flush paper down the toilet and bins are not emptied daily . The sofa in the living room also is a forensic scientists dream ( see photos) . Bedding or towels not changed during our stay .The whole apartment needs to be decorated and if I had small children I would be a nervous wreck as the stairs are marble , narrow and no hand rail . Arrived during the thunderstorm And allocated room was not safe due to water damage and I was moved immediately. As I said , a good location for beach and a regular bus service ( 2 euros for any trip ) was a plus . Check out was quick but not asked if I had enjoyed my stay or Thankyou for coming . I would say overall 2 star accommodation.
