Hotels with sea view in Limassol

Thank you for always providing the best service, holiday, food and custom. We always feel like we have returned home when we stay. Can’t thank all the staff enough. Always spotless in and around the hotel

It was a very nice stay. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is very nice. You get your room cleaned up more than once a day. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

You can tell people been working there for many years. In Cyprus I bet it has to be the best hotel around. Bottom line , this hotel is great value for money. Just dont mistake it for the four season franchise

Everything was perfect. the room the breakfast the spa was amazing.

The chefs were amazing accommodating my gluten free diet, all good was delicious from breakfast to a la carte in the main restaurant and on our Anniversary we are in the Chinese restaurant

The price of hotels in Cyprus is really cheap in the off-season. This price is very cost-effective for staying in all seasons. The hotel has a beautiful environment and its own private beach

The animation team of Martin, Lucas and Alex always had some great activities to get involved with, very friendly. We loved the volleyball!! Definitely made the trip a greater experience for us!

Although it was only a one night stay, we really enjoyed our time at St. Raphael’s. We have stayed here many times, never had anything but great service. Highly recommend St.Raphael’s.

Great Bar staff. Hotel was packed during off season, lively, friendly atmosphere. Many families. Good breakfast. Good place.

Overall we were very happy with the staff and hotel. However the waiting time for a drink in the captain’s bar was far too long. On average some time up to 15-20 minutes

Staff was Good.  Especially Ivan, Demos and Sharmila

Quite a lot of food options for kids. Bring your own tea bags as the tea served is very low quality. What let the hotel down was the lack of children’s activities compared to other similar hotels in the area

My only small suggestion would be for the Lobby café to offer the option of Cypriot bottled still water, which would likely be more affordable. Currently, they only offer Aqua Panna at €8

The rooms were spacious, extremely clean, and very comfortable, with high-quality amenities throughout. The food was excellent! Great quality, beautifully prepared, and consistently delicious across the restaurants

The lobby café is lovely, with outstanding service from the staff. We also had massages at the Kalloni Spa, where the therapists were very good and professional

An outstanding stay at Parklane in Limassol. Everything about the hotel feels luxurious, elegant, and very well maintained

Everything went perfectly well! I am very satisfied of my stay! Amazing resort, and very kind personnel!

Breakfast offered a great selection of food and was a very enjoyable start to the day

It's conveniently located between the well-known Four Seasons and Amathus hotels, which immediately sets a certain standard for the surroundings and amenities. What impressed me most: Spa center

I definitely recommend paying the extra for a sea-view room. The staff is very helpful, and the rooms are clean and spacious. We didn't use the outdoor pools, but they seemed very good

This is a real paradise for children! A spacious, safe area with games and activities. Special thanks to the staff of the kids' club – they are incredibly attentive, friendly, and know how to connect with every child

The kids didn't want to leave, and the parents were able to relax peacefully. The beach is nearby, the grounds are well-maintained, and the service is excellent. The value for money completely met my expectations

We absolutely loved this hotel. All the staff were very professional, friendly, and attentive. We are so glad that we chose to stay here. The rooms and the entire property were very clean and well organized

Breakfasts and dinners are top-notch: a diverse menu, fresh ingredients, and dishes for every taste – from classics to Cypriot specialties. The fresh fruits and pastries were especially delightful

Great hotel with awesome service and location. Very comfortable beach chairs and towels. Food in the two pool restaurants is not that good unfortunately but breakfast is very good. All in all, recommend.

Impeccable cleanliness, exceptional food, and truly warm hospitality. Every corner of the GrandResort feels spotless and beautifully maintained — from the rooms to the public areas, everything shines

The hotel itself is beautiful, well maintained, and located right on the beachfront. The all-inclusive package offered a good variety of food and drinks, and the staff throughout the resort were friendly and welcoming

A special mention goes to Lefteris at Neera Pool Bar, who consistently made outstanding cocktails and added a personal touch to our stay. Service like his is what makes a holiday truly memorable

The food is outstanding, with rich flavours, fresh ingredients, and great variety throughout the day

What truly elevates the experience is the hospitality: the staff are kind, attentive, and genuinely committed to making every guest feel welcome. A perfect stay from start to finish

Pool area was clean with plenty of sunbeds and easy access to both the pool and sea. The beach was rocky and in need of a tidy up

Several types of omelets, porridge, nuts, chia seeds, various yogurts, baked vegetables, cheeses. Pancakes, pastries, scrambled eggs, sausages, and cold cuts are also available

Spacious rooms, excellent facilities and ideal location to visit all parts of Limasol

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Atlantica Miramare Beach hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and was in a great location for easy access to the sea

The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fresh options, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. The location was ideal, close to major attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep

Highly recommended We stayed for seven nights. My only complaint really was the wardrobe with sliding doors that are a bit dated and extremely hard to open. Other than that, the pool and facilities are fantastic

a nice hotel with good food and friendly staff nice rooms but a bit noisy air conditioner. lots of activities for guests from morning to late evening. I haven't found anything to complain about

Food, staff and entertainment were all really good. Room was a little tired but still kept nice and clean. It could have done with a bit more storage for clothes etc

The location is not as bad as some reviews state, just walk a little further and you come across plenty of bars. A 15 minute bus ride takes you straight into Limassol, well worth the 2€

All staff, reception, restaurant and bar staff are all friendly, attentive and approachable. We can’t wait to return sometime in the future! Again massive thanks to all staff and the entertainment crew!!!

A very clean and nice hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Only downside is not many parking spaces.

There's hotel rule, that people shouldn't come to restaurant with wet swim wear, however, no one enforced this rule. We witnessed people complaining about wet seats in restaurants

Excellent facilities, a beautiful room, and a breathtaking sea view. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had. The winter facilities were also great, especially the indoor pool and sauna

Everything here truly meets luxury 5* standards. Breakfast offers an excellent selection, including fish and prosecco. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped with everything you need

Amara Hotel in Limassol is, without a doubt, one of the most impressive hotels I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment you arrive, everything feels seamless, elegant, and truly five-star

Reception staff are friendly and welcoming. The only drawback is the spa area, which would benefit from a steam room and a jacuzzi. In that respect I preferred Parklane

Everything is great, the hotel is super, except for the restaurants on site...the service.

However, the dry sauna is outstanding, with the right temperature and plenty of space

Housekeeping cleaned the room twice a day, which was excellent. Thank you for the chocolates The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam bath were great bonuses and added to the overall comfort of the stay

I opted for the half-board package, and both breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of delicious food. Special thanks to Sangita and Sanjay at aura dining for being so helpful and kind throughout my stay

The room was spacious and very clean. Toiletries and slippers were provided, which was a nice touch. The coffee machine was a big plus, and it was replenished daily along with a complimentary water

Coming back in 2024 I find it very much renovated and the rooms, which though not big are very functional and really exploit the fabulous sea views. I came on business but I wished it was leisure

I would like to especially mention Diana from reception and public relations for her excellent, courteous service and personal attention, well done!

They hand delivered the key for a beautiful sea view room and were so kind and helpful. They genuinely wanted to ensure we had the best holiday. Great staff and an asset to the company

Writing the review this late, because I booked again this summer, a non refundable booking, but due to air space closure, I was not able to travel, it took the hotel 4 minutes to cancel my registration for free

Thank you for the great stay we had and the treatment when we were not able to come, hopefully will book again soon! Visited the hotel again in July 2025, luckily we got into the renovated floors, looks new and Excellent service as usual

Been to this hotel in New Year 2024, had an amazing stay, great breakfast, excellent location, parking is available and the staff are amazing

Great service, staff is extremely nice and supportive. Bar has decent drinks and reasonable prices

Welcoming friendly comfortable hotel at a reasonable price price

But the annoying part was that every time they cleaned the room, they would remove the card from inside, so when we got back, the air conditioning would be off. Other than that, everything was great

Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations and left a lasting impression on my family and me. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable experience

My favourite hotel on the Island. Even though it’s five star, staff is really making an effort, warm and welcoming attitude.

They take cleaning very seriously. Staff is polite and friendly. Excellent breakfast. Wonderful sea view balconies.

There is an excellent pool for everyone and there is a pool for children and there are 2 other swimming pools for adults. There is an ice cream restaurant and a bar that overlooks the sea

Welcome fruits in the room and made up the room every night with chocolate was a lovely touch. The service at breakfast was excellent. The waitresses/ waiters were attentive. We specifically enjoyed the outdoor cold pool

Ok, started with the bottom line: excellent. We took two connecting rooms, the beds are excellent and so are the showers. All facilities are very well maintained. It's fun to be anywhere and there are many places

The place was good value for the price and very quiet.

We asked if it would be possible to get a beer and guess what? there was no problem getting a bottle of beer and a glass of wine. Rooms ok, Small but ok considering that this is a 3 star hotel

A decent hotel for a short stay

The lounge area is spacious and pleasant, and I appreciated that the reception was open 24 hours. There is also a nice seating area by the swimming pool. The gym was surprisingly spacious

Very good hotel, very convenient to the beach and near by restaurants. Buffet breakfast and dinner were good. Very nice lounge, lobby and bar area. Nice pool and deck area. Rooms were very clean.and friendly staff.

Nice older place, still in good condition, modern style & amenities. Decent size room, but thin walls, easy to hear people next to you. Good breakfast buffet, and certain hours for lunch & dinner

Throughout or stay ALL the staff were excellent full of smiles and offers of drinks and assistance all which helped make a great stay as there was a lot of scare mungering with regards to the Middle East I just need to say we felt very safe and happy to be in Cyprus a lot of credit for this to the hotel and staff ,My only regret we asked for a sunny balcony which we got in the mornings however it was...

We had such an amazing stay at the Atlantica Bay hotel in Cyprus and would happily return again in the future. From the moment we arrived, every single member of staff made us feel welcome

The overall vibe of the hotel is calm and chilled, with a nice clientele which made it even more enjoyable. One thing we really loved was how well the hotel looks after the local cats

The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable, with lovely views that made it a pleasure to wake up each day. The hotel is in a great location too

The bar staff, restaurant staff, managers, receptionists and housekeeping were all genuinely friendly, helpful and clearly wanted to please

It’s close to the beach, a supermarket and some fascinating ruins - all set within a really nice, relaxed part of Limassol

We had a wonderful stay at NYX Limassol! On our first day we had an issue with a noisy room, but Sofiua Totozova from the front desk was absolutely amazing -- she immediately helped us move to a much quieter and more comfortable room

My stay in NyX has been amazing and peaceful experience. My room is always kept clean, organised and peaceful setting. Also, the staff member Alexandra was so great and amazing

Came here with my friend for a short stay and honestly didn’t expect to fall in love with this place so quickly. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and thoughtfully done

I recommend choosing rooms with a sea view. The downside is that the panoramic windows don't open, but the sunrises are amazing!

She was also checking up on me if I needed any request. She has great level of listening and communication skills. She has always given me key recommendation in where to go in limassol. Alexandria keep up the great work

The Christmas decorations were absolutely beautiful without exaggeration, some of the nicest and most tasteful ones we’ve seen in a hotel. You could really feel the festive atmosphere everywhere

Loo ended up not staying here as they had a problem with a guest that was not feeling we’ll and sent me to another hotel, perfect service, called me a cab and I started a bit farther away from marina but still good hotel!

Holiday We stayed at this hotel from 22/08/25 to 26/08/25 and this is my honest review. We (myself, husband and daughter) arrived on the evening before midnight and were greeted by a friendly gentleman at the reception

They can cater for you for lunch and breakfast but bear in mind it cost 20euros per person and that does not include drinks. We found this very expensive but there are lots of restaurants around you can eat

The hotel is in a good location, 100 meters from the beach. Breakfasts are delicious but repetitive. Cons: The plumbing is old and inexpensive, and they didn't provide toiletries, only soap and shampoo

She will even give us fresh bed spreads each day, she really impressed us. There was no entertainment during our stay but trust me you will have a lot to get do outside that you won’t even mind this

The beach is 3mins walk and there is a bus stop infront of the beach that will take you to MY MALL and other places. There is a big park is also a close walking distance and has beautiful scenery

The lobby is bright, with high ceilings and modern lighting fixtures; during my stay it was nicely decorated for Christmas, with a large tree and tasteful seasonal details

First of all, the location is absolutely prime for Limassol. The hotel sits directly on the seafront with unobstructed views of the bay and ships on the horizon

Sitting outside and looking at the sea is where this hotel really shows its strongest side. In contrast, the rooms and corridors clearly show their age

The sea-view terrace is a strong point: clean tiles, comfortable wicker chairs, generous spacing between tables and a direct view of the water

From the terrace you get classic Mediterranean postcard scenes: palm trees, bright sun, and a calm sea just a few meters away

Around the hotel there are several trendy beach clubs (for example Columbia Beach), so in terms of where the property is situated, this is really “top of the market” for Limassol

Beautiful sea views from my lovely room. Stay here every year a few days. Peaceful to work and rest from. I look forward to my next stay. Friendly welcoming helpful staff and reception. Safe and secure.

We didn’t stay at the hotel but we recommend stopping by the beach bar area. It’s a great spot to enjoy a coffee or a small bite right by the sea

The atmosphere is relaxed and the service was really nice, especially the friendly waiter from Pakistan who made us feel welcome. A simple and pleasant place to chill by the beach

I highly recommend Poseidonia Beach Hotel for both short and long-term stays. The sole aspect that warrants mention is the relatively high cost of lodging at the hotel

Always nice to come visit, had at least 10 different times me or my family came to the hotel, never had an issue. Great food, very helpful staff.

We had a stunning sea view room that truly felt like we were on a cruise ship, and our guests couldn’t stop praising their own stays as well

Excellent hotel and service But it's right at the heart of an old Street where they have pubs and restaurant so at night might be a little bit noisy

First of all, I have to admit that the suit was excellent with a little fridge, a good size tv, very comfortable bed, beautiful view and the most important it was clean

I had an amazing experience in this hotel

The service was excellent both at the restaurant with Stavros who was very helpful in all the situations and also at the reception with Maria and Saya, always smiling and very helpful as well ! I strongly recommend this hotel !

The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast every morning was just amazing. I loved every moment of my stay here, and this is definitely the only hotel I’ll choose every time I visit Limassol

This is an excellent hotel, with friendly staff in a fabulous location. The room was lovely and spotlessly clean. The choice at breakfast was unexpectedly wide and the food was delicious

They provided us with precise guidance and useful information about where we can eat and overall enjoy our selves. The location is 4 minutes by the sea by car

Good place if reasonable price and good property condition are importantly. As well as sea shore / beach distance does not matter. Great who those who need to stay couple of days travelling via Limassol.

Book this hotel We arrived early and was greeted by a very friendly man who let us have access to the room despite 2 hrs early Room was very clean , large bed and nice balcony - every day the room was cleaned and fresh towells ! Swimming pool is fresh water and they take real pride in this , excellent pool area too ! Walk up the hill , kiosk and 2 restaurants , both excellent too Breakfast was...

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean. The room had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfasts were very filling and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was included and absolutely amazing – very delicious with a wide variety to choose from. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! Everything was just perfect! The hotel is excellent – clean, tidy, and with a pleasant atmosphere

I really like clean and modern rooms and comfortable beds, although some believe that they should be better kept and that the rooms should be better soundproofed, but what for

Very good hotel and especially the service! I was there with my family and I highly recommend it !!!

First class building site. 🤣😂

We were at Arsinoe Beach in April 2014, arrived on April 30. I must say, they are fed hearty, tasty and varied. And this is not only my opinion. The service staff is friendly, all Russian-speaking

We think to come to this hotel next time. The hotel has been closed for 2 years now. And, in September of this year, the hotel building was destroyed

We rested in 2008. I liked everything except the food. We want to come to this hotel :-) We are from St. Petersburg.
