Hotels with sea view in Limassol

Writing the review this late, because I booked again this summer, a non refundable booking, but due to air space closure, I was not able to travel, it took the hotel 4 minutes to cancel my registration for free

Thank you for the great stay we had and the treatment when we were not able to come, hopefully will book again soon! Visited the hotel again in July 2025, luckily we got into the renovated floors, looks new and Excellent service as usual

Been to this hotel in New Year 2024, had an amazing stay, great breakfast, excellent location, parking is available and the staff are amazing

Great service, staff is extremely nice and supportive. Bar has decent drinks and reasonable prices

Welcoming friendly comfortable hotel at a reasonable price price

But the annoying part was that every time they cleaned the room, they would remove the card from inside, so when we got back, the air conditioning would be off. Other than that, everything was great

I really like clean and modern rooms and comfortable beds, although some believe that they should be better kept and that the rooms should be better soundproofed, but what for

We were at Arsinoe Beach in April 2014, arrived on April 30. I must say, they are fed hearty, tasty and varied. And this is not only my opinion. The service staff is friendly, all Russian-speaking

We think to come to this hotel next time. The hotel has been closed for 2 years now. And, in September of this year, the hotel building was destroyed

We rested in 2008. I liked everything except the food. We want to come to this hotel :-) We are from St. Petersburg.

Very polite service, breakfast in a small bakery next door that is very good for the price. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Very good location close to the sea and the city center.

The hotel is located in the downtown. There is a waterfront park nearby. Walking time to the nearest beach is about 10-15 minutes. The breakfast is delicious - 3 options of wonderful croissants from the local bakery

Breakfast at the café next door was a nice touch, and the location is perfect for long walks to the Marina with its restaurants and bars, or to the Old Town for beautiful scenery

We stayed at Metropole Hotel for two nights as a couple and had a great experience. The receptionist gave us a warm welcome and guided us to our room

The hotel offers free parking, but it’s best to ask when you arrive as it can get full quickly

Some rooms are equipped with bathtubs

The place was good value for the price and very quiet.

We asked if it would be possible to get a beer and guess what? there was no problem getting a bottle of beer and a glass of wine. Rooms ok, Small but ok considering that this is a 3 star hotel

A decent hotel for a short stay

The lounge area is spacious and pleasant, and I appreciated that the reception was open 24 hours. There is also a nice seating area by the swimming pool. The gym was surprisingly spacious

Very good hotel, very convenient to the beach and near by restaurants. Buffet breakfast and dinner were good. Very nice lounge, lobby and bar area. Nice pool and deck area. Rooms were very clean.and friendly staff.

Nice older place, still in good condition, modern style & amenities. Decent size room, but thin walls, easy to hear people next to you. Good breakfast buffet, and certain hours for lunch & dinner

In the apartment its a master bedroom with sea views, large terrace, living room with a kitchen, main bathroom with Chopard cosmetics, guest bedroom and bathroom The setting of the tower on the beach is stunning

The check-in was smooth and efficient and the ever helpful staff provided details and tour of the apartment. We stayed in an apartment overlooking the sea. The bed was extremely comfortable

We were provided complimentary fruit in the apartment on arrival and we opted for the breakfast package. The apartment have amazing views overlooking the main pool, the marina and the sea

The reception and the staff always give the impression that no request is unfeasible and they are very good with recommendations The Tower apartment stay was fabulous. We look forward to returning soon

The cocktail Captain’s bar with its beautiful sunsets overlooking the beach means that you are in for a treat each evening. The staff are always keen to help you with a great variety of cocktails

Breakfasts are also broad and varied with a generous buffet provided, local specialties are on offer and some of the hot dishes are first class at the St Raphael Resort

A big well done to all the staff members. I had rented a car and the internal parking is an extra in the area. The location is in the middle of a street full or restaurants and 5min walking distance from a serviced beach

Breakfast was great, both in terms of quality and variety and the staff was always there will a smile and a friendly comment. Reception was also extremely welcoming and all are extremely customer satisfaction focused

Better than you think in all aspects! but the bed is awesame!!!, (better bed than others 4 stars hotels in the area). Room is clean and well airconditioned, I had the best sleep! I checked in 2 times until now.

While the hotel is modest in category, it has everything. The breakfast was excellent — a great variety of fresh options, well-prepared dishes, and attentive service

The hotel has a lovely outdoor area with the pool and all, which is great if you have to wait before check-in or need to hang-around after check-out

My stay in this 3-star city hotel was a pleasant experience. It’s driven by strong, hands-on management that clearly understands guest needs

Good area, tired fittings in the room, great staff. Expensive but that’s Limassol. Quite a few broken things in the room, toilet seat, bin, cupboard door and ceiling tiles

My only criticism would be that the furniture is slightly dated and some of the tiles on the kitchen floor were broken. The bath width is quite narrow so it’s slightly awkward to stand in the shower

Conveniently located a minute from the beach, and short walk to the centre and other attractions, Chrielka is a family-like-run hotel. As you walk in, you feel like @ home

Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Location is good, 150 meters from the seaside. The beach is fine for a quick swim but not the nicest

View to sea is mostly blocked by trees as well

This little apartment hotel situated near the beach offers everything you need - a small kitchenette with the necessities, cleaning every day, a pool, the possibility to order a simple breakfast, a bar and a great location with walking distance to the old town

Classy 4 **** hotel, normal breakfast, large swimming pool, nice restaurant, above average contingent, slippers, bathrobes, hygiene products. Near the zoo and the park in 3 minutes on foot, the embankment in 4 minutes.

My parents are currently staying in the hotel and they are absolutely thrilled. Their room is spacious and spotless (this comes from my mum who is obsessed with cleaning)

The breakfast is great in a lovely setting, there is a swimming pool and a gym, walking to the beach takes 3 minutes. Thank you Curium Hotel for the hospitality

Good place if reasonable price and good property condition are importantly. As well as sea shore / beach distance does not matter. Great who those who need to stay couple of days travelling via Limassol.

Book this hotel We arrived early and was greeted by a very friendly man who let us have access to the room despite 2 hrs early Room was very clean , large bed and nice balcony - every day the room was cleaned and fresh towells ! We had 3 kids jumping around and running around and screaming while we had breakfast, what was definitely annoying and not relaxing. The parents enjoyed their brunch and didn’t care at all

The room was spacious, but there were a few issues: refrigerator didn’t work/door wouldn’t close, toilet button flushes but wouldn’t stop flushing unless manually pulled out, and it was not as clean as I would have liked

The staff are friendly, the hotel is average but is being slowly renovated from the bottom up. The rooms are a little tired and old fashioned, hopefully the upgrades will improve this

Rooms are good but food is quite poor and it doesn't taste that good. Good point is a clean and nice swimming pool. Air conditioned in-rooms. And very nice staff.

The pool area is nice although I haven't seen the bar open there yet. This could be a reasonable hotel with the upgrades and TLC

The only downside is that the hotel isn’t within walking distance of the city’s main entertainment spots. But if you don’t mind a short taxi ride or a bit of a walk, it’s a real gem

Bed was comfort, the hotel is built in high quality and the staff is very friendly. The location is a bit offsite but still walking / driving distance from the downtown and sea.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and it’s always great. If you want to just relax and enjoy good service and food and drink then this is the place. Good spa also

Cozy 🥰 staff was really nice and polite, food was good (options are limited tho), for me its location was nice too (walking distance from the marina) BUT in the weekends it gets a bit louder than usual because of the street parties

This hotel is in a great location! Regardless of the location, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, with great facilities, with a balcony, and with a cute pool on the third floor

The location is perfect — just a short walk from the center and surrounded by great restaurants and cafés. It’s an ideal base for exploring the area

A visit to be remembered , u feel at home , staff super friendly , Room is big and super clean , comfortable bed , the breakfast is ok but they need to work on healthy option , and a better variety , parking is for free direct access to the room from the Parking in and out

Booked for a few days, ended up staying for 10. A very clean, boutique apartment block in Germasogeia. It’s a mixed use new tower, with businesses, long term flats and rentals

The rentals are very comfortable and have nice views from the upper floors (20+). Special mention to the staff - every one was friendly and happy to help

We choose that location lately quite often. This time we got an amazing Appartement... Huge balcony and sea view. The rooms are nice and clean. Close to the sea, not to far from the old Town. Great

Apartments right on the seafront, at an affordable price. Comfortable beds, enough space, and basic kitchen utensils. A couple of towels per person, and attentive staff

Local cafes and restaurants are close and good to try. Also there is a convenient store next door. And a store with fresh fish on the corner is a must have. Common area is clean and well maintained

The location is nice and walking distance to everything you might interesting. The experience I think depends on a host since it's a condo with many owners who rent out their apartments

We had a great experience with our host with no issue and complains. Our booking through Airbnb was smooth and easy. The pool on the roof is a huge bonus with an amazing view

It is excellent for 4 people - it has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and terrace. It is half an hour walk from Limassol marina, and about 20 min from old town

The hotel is also close to the Church. Many restaurants and Coffee shop around. Is also great area for Cycling. The only thing that I don't like is the loud sounds of the Car all night
