The hotel’s location was close to everything — honestly, the best thing about it was its amazing location.
As for cleanliness, it was good, not bad. But the annoying part was that every time they cleaned the room, they would remove the card from inside, so when we got back, the air conditioning would be off. Other than that, everything was great

I like the hotel, the staff is helpful, the room has everything you need for a relaxing stay, a kettle, tea, coffee, there are not many tourists, so the restaurant menu is not extensive, but you will not go hungry, the food is very tasty, the services and service are at a 4-star hotel, I recommend

The photos are very deceiving!
The elevators are very tiny and the calling button on the 4th floor is broken (needs to be clicked multiple times to work). The room is very old with below average furniture. The king/queen bed is basically 2 connected small beds with one mattress. No plugs next to the beds only a couple under the mirror.
The safe was broken and took us multiple tries to open or close it and when we requested maintenance they came over and did a auick fix saying that if it the same error came up again they'd change the batteries. We had to call them again the next day to come change the batteries which should've been done from the beginning
The bathroom stinks and we had to order the floor mat ourselves, they were not replaced by the housekeeping.
The food buffet is very limited with the same food served daily. The cups smell as well.
And on top of that, the reception lady was very rude. Only 2 small bottles of water come with the room and are not replaced by housekeeping. When we requested 2 bottles on our 3rd day of stay, the reception lady requested that we keep quiet so she can clarify the policy. The tone was very defensive and not at all respectful.

I would describe it as a decent option for 1-2 nights stay. It's not a resort that you can spend a week in but it offers all the basic needs a family can ask. Clean, central location, decent breakfast, private parking...

The rooms were very noisy, our family suite, which is not really a suite its just a bigger room with Sofa bed, barely have enough space to move around, the balcony however is a decent size , but all balconies are open to each other, and there is no privacy, some of the families around us were very noisy, and kids kept peeking into our room, and at night due to the connecting door with other room it was hard to sleep , we could hear the screaming and slamming doors all night, some of the hotel staff seem nice, but they appeared stressed and burned out, other staff were arguing with guests almost every day, not sure what the guests issues were, but it was unpleasant to see and almost hard to even ask for help when you see continuous arguments by the reception, the location of the hotel is convenient but it's not overlooking the sea, you have to walk quite a distance to get to the beach. I gave 2 stars , 1 for the location and one for the staff member who helped give me a cream for an insect bite I got at the hotel, she left her ointment for me at the reception to use everyday. That was a nice gesture.

Not a 4* hotel in sense of the quality of rooms and services. Its a very good 3*. Noisy corridors (not only from other guests but actual staff that moves around furniture when cleaning or rearranging.)
Depends who is on reception shift you might be discriminated at from check in! Though staff at breakfast are kind.

Been to this hotel in New Year 2024, had an amazing stay, great breakfast, excellent location, parking is available and the staff are amazing.
Writing the review this late, because I booked again this summer, a non refundable booking, but due to air space closure, I was not able to travel, it took the hotel 4 minutes to cancel my registration for free.
Thank you for the great stay we had and the treatment when we were not able to come, hopefully will book again soon!
