Overall, we had a fantastic stay in the vacation apartment. As a group of six young people, the location and size of the apartment were perfect. All the service staff we encountered were friendly and competent.
However, we also noticed several shortcomings, which we feel compelled to list in good German fashion, as we found them rather unacceptable:
- no trash can in the bathroom,
- no new trash bags to replace the old ones,
- the dish soap was almost empty upon arrival,
- no way to lock the bathroom,
- no shower curtain for the bathtub,
- the curtains didn't block out the light properly (they're white),
- NO oven????,
- the apartment was a bit dirty in some places.
Nevertheless, we felt very comfortable during our stay and found the apartment very charming. We were particularly impressed by the access to a balcony and the good internet connection, and we also had a convenient parking space near the apartment. Generally speaking, apart from the listed issues, the apartment was well-equipped. We'd love to come back again once there's a trash can in the bathroom. ❤️

The apartment was great, according to our expectations. But most of all we thank Mr. Bouček for his approach to people in need. If all people behaved like this, life would be different. Thank you once again for your help.

Everything was great. It was a little noisy outside the window, but the friendly staff, cleanliness, good design and magnificent nature made us very happy!

JBX Apartnements are very new and nicely appointed, but accomodation for "4 adults" is an overstatement. One bedroom was fine, with a big window onto the terrace, but the other bedroom--which is intended for children in a family, I suppose--was miserable. No window to the outside, no air, and just barely big enough for a double bed. For the price we paid (over €240/night, including parking and breakfast), I would have at least expected in addition to some air, free use of the rooftop spa and sauna--but no, that costs extra too, and you have to reserve it at the reception desk, which is....300 meters up the hill. To top it all off, the service at the restaurant where breakfast is served was downright surly and mean: the skinheaded dude who set up the breakfast every morning cussed me out in what I can only assume were the rudest terms, for showing up at 7:38 a.m. one morning.
