Hotel staff was really helpful and has offered baby cot with no Fee for our child. The location and the park just outside are simply excellent, nreakfast was nice, but the only one disappointment was buffet dinner, as for me the variety of dishes could have been wider

In general, it was very good stay, but: - 1 massage was forgotten and then given (another type) by a separate request; - oplatky were not given at all though they were mentioned in the reservation; - only one piece of soap and a tube of shampoo (~25-30 mL) were given for the whole stay (4 nights).

Great hotel in city centre, very quiet during the day and the night. Our deluxe room was very comfortable with balcony, cleaning service is available every day of the stay, small cafe is downstairs, vending machines with snacks and drinks in the foyer . Online check in can be done in advance but, you CAN'T enter the hotel before 2pm sharp. That made us a bit anxious, thinking we got a wrong entry code...

I felt I had been on the moon... by MYSLEF - alone! Checkin - digital... during 4 night stay... had only seen the room-maids shortly a.m. --- ditto breakfast lady. Otherwise I had seen NOBODY in hotel.

Very nice location, about 10-15 min walk through the park to the city center. Also there is electric little car going to/from city every 1 hour, so you can take a ride. Breakfast is sufficient. There are pool and saunas and lots of spa procedures to choose from. Equipment rather older, but room was huge.

The receptionist was very cold and had a very poor service attitude. The key could not open the door. I went to the main desk to reset it for the second time but it still could not be opened. The receptionist did not believe it and went up to open the door himself! What kind of hotel is this? Jane's value is garbage! Difference! Difference! Difference!

5 stars and big thanks for letting us check in at 3:30 am! The room itself was fine but there were little silverfishes in the shower so a little improvement on that would be great. For the rest a great place.

The hotel is very dated. Unfortunately, so are the apartments. The couch and the two armchairs are completely worn out. The beds are rock hard; I felt like I was sleeping on boards. I have just spent a week in this charming hotel and found it delightful. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was very good. The hotel was spotlessly clean everywhere. It is right in centre so walking distance to shops and park, and still nice and quiet. Couldn't fault it.

Very good, quiet location, excellent breakfast, very good food served in the hotel's restaurant (reservation is recommended). The room was highly satisfactory, the fridge very welcome given the hot weather.

A nice, modern spa hotel that's easy to reach. The hotel is located west of the entrance to the spa park with its springs. Those arriving by car will need to book a parking space at a low price. There aren't really any free parking spaces near the hotels. The reception is friendly, informative, and helpful. The rooms are clean, functional, not too big, not too small.

The hotel was amazing, whole family loved it. Clean amazing furnitured room with everything needed. Very cozy and comfortable to be here. Also the muzeum was a spice up. 10/10 would recommend to visit. Il'd love to visit again in the future :)
