Once you've been here, you'll always come back!
We've been coming to this spa hotel for over two decades and feel very comfortable here. This is due in part to the excellent treatments, which are prescribed by a doctor based on your individual needs, and in part to the tasteful decor, the delicious food, and the outstanding service. Furthermore, this historic location is perfect for relaxation. Here you'll find peace and tranquility.

We were very satisfied with the reception and the instructions regarding our rooms and table in the restaurant.

A nice, modern spa hotel that's easy to reach. The hotel is located west of the entrance to the spa park with its springs. Those arriving by car will need to book a parking space at a low price. There aren't really any free parking spaces near the hotels.
The reception is friendly, informative, and helpful.
The rooms are clean, functional, not too big, not too small.

Dårlig internetforbindelse. Værelset var meget varmt. Ingen aircondition. De siger der er restaurant på stedet men du skal bestille mad senest dagen før din ankomst. Ikke just nemt. Du må kun sidde i bestemt område under morgenmad da de fleste borde er til dem der skal have middagsmad og aftensmad. Det er mere et genoptræningscenter for lokale. Selve området er historisk og pænt.

Very nice stay. Shout out to the front desk staff who took extra good care of us! Recommend staying here it’s our go to place whenever we stay in Cheb.

This is our third time here. Nice hotel with pleasant service at all levels. A big advantage is the availability of procedures, which are available in the hotel building with helpful staff. The dining room is clean, the food is varied and well cooked, and there is nothing to complain about here either. We really like it here and are immediately booking another stay. Many thanks.
