There were two big closets for our clothes. There was a flatscreen in the room. The bathroom was quite small, although the shower itself was spacious. Towels were changed each 4 days, garbage bin each day
A large trampoline, a little playhouse, a nice swimming pool and outside shower make it a paradise for kids. Breakfast was very nice and we were served by a very friendly lady
Lovely and helpful staff that goes well out of their way of accommodating even strange requests, low key environment, despite the high number of children calm place to sleep early for a toddler, just professional and helpful, right next to a ski slope perfect for children learning
We had a great time at Hotel Starly Mlyn. We visited as a family with 1 child of 1. Entering the room the baby coth was already there. The room was very clean, but maybe a bit out of date (which was no problem for us)
Dinner was tasty (soup, main course, extra vegetables and dessert), especially when you know the cost ( €7/ meal)! The restaurant of the hotel offers a lot of nice meals as well. Again you are served by a kind woman
Outside you can find a wooden playground (with two swings, a little house and again a slide). There is also a sandbox (which our son did not use as we saw a dog peeing in it the first day :-))

old furniture, old beds and mattresses, shower in the hallway in the room, where it was separated only by a curtain and when showering it still clung to you because it was draughty and drawn even when the windows were closed and the room was cold
I had a very comfortable refurbished room, TV, good lighting, central heating. Excellent bathroom with power shower, separate WC. Super breakfast, they will even cook ham and eggs. Well located in centre of village
Beautiful environment of the entrance and reception and dining room, but as for the room, it looks like during the First Republic

Great location for those who want to hike. Could leave straight from the property and hiked into the national park. Very close (4-5 minute drive) to the chairlift. The communication form the owner was very good.
The apartment is spacious, in a quiet location to rest and to start hikes/skiing is very close. Kitchen has all the basics, including filter coffee machine. All is in a very good shape and clean
Loved the small touches with candles around. Easy parking, can only recommend

Beautiful location. The hotel is convenient and the breakfast is nice, as well as the indoor pool and sauna. A good choice for families.
Accommodation quality varies for rooms. There's nice place with couches and free Wi-Fi where, you can spend time with friends. It's close to slope, from where you can get to anywhere you want to ride
Not a luxury hotel, but great place for active holiday and relaxation.
Overall nice place, especially if you're there with friends

We were here for 2 nights and had breakfast included. Staff, room, sight, location were really nice nothing to complain about. You could see that they wanted to satisfy their customers

The pension is in a beautiful quiet location overlooking the countryside. Accommodation is modern, cozy and nice. The owners are great, friendly, it is not a problem to agree on anything and they will meet everything
This place is very child friendly with  full of activities for children like football ,little rope park ,trampoline ,swings and children pool,badminton. A few time in the evening we made a campfire with sausages
We bought drinks at the pension bar in the evening so while children played we could relax.   Thank you for your warm hospitality. I couldn’t ask for better host! Loved everything :) Greatest beer and malinovka
The pension is family friendly. Breakfast is not a mistake, there is a lot to choose from and everything is regularly replenished. You can also use the option to order dinner. We will be happy to return here!
Great place. Incredibly helpful and helpful owners. Excellent chef. Nice prices. Clean rooms. It is clear that the owners are there at home and take care of their property. We will be happy to return.
We also ate a few times dinner which was Radek gave us information about what to do during our stay. The pension is located up heal and  near the woods and have an astonishing view and fresh air

Good apartment, simple furnishings, set back from the road. The entrance is steeply up with a very sharp left turn, seen from the center.
Medium-sized door, you fall into the frying pan, a bit of sheep at night too noisy, but otherwise prima sort

Even though there were more customers we didn't wait long, great mixed drinks and beer (clean pipes, well shot). The children had an ice cream sundae, beautifully arranged and too big, they really enjoyed it
We were here for a drink on the way to the Mumlav waterfall and for a late lunch on the way back. pleasant service, a wide selection of dishes - even the children chose, which is not quite common
Beutifull place to stay, with surrounding remarkable nature and restaurants
If we are nearby, we will definitely visit again

Very clean and good atmosphere hotel. Breakfast and dinner very good. Nice rooms, no noise from outside and from other rooms. Harrochov is a small place but there is still everything for tourists
A really good family hotel with friendly and helpful people and staff.
Completely satisfied. Pleasant accommodation, delicious meals. Wonderful time in swimming pool and sauna.
Nice stay for a prolonged ski-weekend. Nice cosy rooms, comfortable scrounging and wellness area. And if you start before 8a.m. you will get a comprehensive breakfast too.
I hope to come back in this hotel
The level of noise after 10pm coming from the bar and playground just outside of the room was so high that we had to close the windows otherwise it was not possible to sleep - family rooms could be probabably placed in less noisy part/side of the hotel or on upper floor

Thank you for a wonderful New Year's Eve stay. In 2021 we visited the hotel twice. Children really like the animation programs and the pool. I'd say it was warmer now in the winter than in July
Food average, buffets, but the quality and selection correspond to 3 *, the pool is older and unfortunately very cold, there is no whirlpool - a shock at the wellness hotel! The massage was pleasant, but the lady is more stroking
I also have to admire the staff for their willingness, on New Year's Eve the night is still at 2 pm and in the morning at breakfast. Yes, the rooms are not top, but we go to enjoy ourselves and not climb in the room
Because everything you need for a winter holiday is available. Location of the hotel, room facilities and the staff is great. Great effort is made to offer holidaymakers variety. So I will definitely go back.
That's why evening entertainment is better than top rooms. Maybe I'd like a sweet dot at the end and a sweet pastry at breakfast. New Year's Eve or homemade delicacies would be great

Had a great stay at Penzion Arabela. Very nice hosts and comfortable accomodation. The house is located close to the forest and mountain paths. Also walking distance to the ski slopes. I highly recommend it.
Norbert and Kasia were amazingly welcoming and accomodating hosts. We were picked up at the train station and given a lot of information about Harrachov, skiing activities, restaurants and more
We stayed in a 2 persons bedroom upstairs and it was very clean, spacious and with a nice view. The hosts were available for questions and at the same time there was a lot of privacy
Hosts speak many languages! And we used their sauna which was also really nice. It's a 15 minute walk to the centre of Harrachov where there are many restaurants and skiing rentals
There is a small living room space for breakfast or playing games with a cooking plate and a fridge, and you can ask Kasia and Norbert for cooking utensils
The pension and its hosts are great and we definitely recommend

History breathed on us, but otherwise very pleasant staff, food delicious. Very clean everywhere and the possibility of accommodation with a dog. I can only recommend, great value for money.
