Beautiful location. The hotel is convenient and the breakfast is nice, as well as the indoor pool and sauna. A good choice for families.

Simply: no. Staff may try their best to make your stay a bit easier, but poor quality of food, cleanigness, rooms and facilities overall cannot be hidden. Don't fall into wellness idea, please, you will be disappointed.

Food was not bad, only 3 TV channels, no WiFi in rooms, toilet didn't flush and strange doors to toilets in 6th floor rooms, high prices, pool was good and clean, whirlpool was dirty. At least the staff was good and helpful

This is not a hotel! Dirty,cold with old food. Pool is for frogs only. Criminal stuff and agency slevadne. Never come here.

Komfortne zarizene pokoje... udelejte si podle fotek vlastni nazor... Tri dny nevyneseny odpadkovy kos, nefunkcni radiatory, v pokojich je zima a neni jak ususit rucniky, a mohl bych psat donekonecna dalsi minusy... rozhodne nedoporucuji tuto ubytovnu, tvarici se jako hotel na urovni ?

The hotel is is good for someone who doesn't want much comfort. The people are somewhat unfriendly, most of them don't speak english. The food is even worse. And waht bothered me most was that the elevator was slower than a sloth.

Food wasn't great, but edible. Accommodation quality varies for rooms. Hotel is really big. Pool is quite nice. Sauna is dry. There's nice place with couches and free Wi-Fi where, you can spend time with friends. It's close to slope, from where you can get to anywhere you want to ride. Overall nice place, especially if you're there with friends.

Not a luxury hotel, but great place for active holiday and relaxation.

Simply AWFUL. This place has its days of glory well over. Impossible to get a decent rest in beds where your bottom is literally on the floor (I’ve never seen beds so bad, they would have collapsed if they weren’t held by wooden blocks underneath - hilarious). Not to mention broken heating, no running hot water, disgusting swimming pool, food wasn’t great either. The cleaners are not even using a hoover, the staff there tries to be helpful, unfortunately that is the only thing they can do. We have been served by a waitress wearing green trainers? I only feel sorry for the fish in super dirty - mouldy fish tanks. So overall I have seen plenty of FUN things in this place, nothing FIT about it though!!
