We enjoyed the tradtional Czech cuisine during our Christmas stay. Compliments to the cooks!
Staff if great and patient.
Hotel is very simple but clean, staff is friendly. Food is okay. Rooms are clean and spacious, beds are pretty hard but we had good sleep. Pool is okay, there is sauna. The bowling area is really good with games, pool and bar.
-The rooms are plain and old and smelly. reminds me of prison cells.
-No hot water while taking a shower, and the water smells like iron.
-you have to buy everything yourself for the toilet bc they dont provide you.
-food is absoulutely dog. i skipped dinner and ate at the other hotel.
-the service was okay. some ladies were sweet.
- the worst thing was. i was in a elevator with 2 of my guys and the max capacity was three. we stop at floor 2 and they were two ladies working there. they came in and elevator didnt work bc we were ovet the weight limit. guess what they did? they grabbed my arm threw me out, and said some random stuff in their langauge. never again.
- Steam bath was out of order for the entire stay
- Buffet is low quality and flavourless
- The breakfast ends at 10 so we came at 9:45 since we had work calls before that. But we were asked to leave our food without eating it, at 9:55. We had to talk to the manager who said we can sit there a bit longer to finish. I understand that we can’t take any food after 10, but we just wanted to sit there to finish the food we already had.
- very few members of the staff speak English, so it’s hard to communicate
- Rooms are renovated and clean which is good
- there are absolutely no toiletries provided, even soap has to be bought at the reception
- jacuzzi has to be paid for even though wellness is included
- the option to buy ice cream is nice
- wifi works well
- there is bowling but it costs over 400kc
