The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast has a great selection. We felt comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The only minor issue we had was the overly active girls taking the breakfast dishes. They often glanced at us awkwardly to see if we were finished and unnecessarily bothered the person at breakfast if they could have taken a cup. It would have been nicer to take everything at once when we were eating breakfast than to constantly worry about each dish individually. But that's really a minor issue; otherwise, we were very satisfied and enjoyed our stay.

I have to give your hotel very high marks and praise the entire staff. The hotel is well-kept, including the surrounding area. The staff is helpful, and the decor is beautiful. The food is delicious. It might be a bit of a shame if it's piled on cold plates and only warmed up before you bring it to the table, where it's almost cold. I'm a little sad that the barista corner has been cut back on weekdays. The whole OREA was special. The wellness area was pleasant, including the relaxation area. I also have to praise the number of attractions for children, both indoors and outdoors. We have older children, but it's still a pleasure. My wife and I visit all the OREA Resort hotels, and so far your hotel is definitely one of the best. It was a very pleasant experience. So, best of luck with the standard package this way.

Great location, clean and amazing service.

Quite pretty hotel inside, very nice lobby bar, where you can hang out with the friends, we enjoyed the dinner and especially the rich breakfast, the only negative experience was with the the large hard pillows, if you have sensative sleep, may be take your pillow with you, otherwise a great place for a stay

I have known this hotel for years. It’s been renovated lately which is a plus. Great food and good management who resolves small issues quickly.

The Hotel is overall nice and clean. The Lobby and lower Floor is updated but the rooms are outdated. The Food was okay, slightly changed every day.

We stayed here as two families on a skiing trip with young children and were placed in neighbouring rooms. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and the hotel is perfect if you have young children; there is a great kids club with very enthusiastic stay who are always on hand when the kids are tired from skiing or playing the snow and need to be occupied for a couple of hours. Good points; rooms are a decent size and we were provided with a sofa bed for our daughter. Drink making facilities, fridge and toiletries etc are all provided. We stayed half board and absolutely LOVED the food. There is a lot of variety and all the food was delicious. Teas and juices are also included so you don't pay extra for this. The lobby and bar area is really nice. The hotel also has a medium pool, sauna/steam and a small gym. As mentioned above, the kids club is great. There is lots of parking and there is a good ski rental downstairs. The hotel is a short drive and even walkable from the Harrachov main slope and about 20 mins drive from Rokytnice. There is a ski bus stop very close to the hotel. Bad points; only a few things really. Not a deal breaker but the proportions of our bathroom drove us round the bend. The towel heater is above the toilet so we very nearly dropped towels, swimming stuff, drying gloves etc in the toilet, the space between the sink and the shower is quite narrow with the toilet roll holder mounted in precisely the right place to scratch you every time you walk past it. The door opens inwards but the shower cubicle doors open outwards (sliding door would work much better). The wardrobe door is very heavy and slides across with a massive banging noise in the frame. The gym is very small and quite basic, I was expecting a little more but it did the job. Housekeeping was very patchy, some days they didn't come or turned up at about 5.30pm which was a bit odd. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
