Nice rooms with a little bit functional kitchen and a very comfy bed. The breakfast buffet is very good and complete.
Nice room. Pleasant service in reception and restaurant. Very nice breakfast. Not good Pizza in restaurant. I liked the sauna the kids loved the pool. Location is quiet and still close to all attractions nearby. They offer free bikes. Parking for extra fee close to hotel.

Decent, cheap stay, amazing service . They're closing soon for renovation though. Breakfast was not good enough.
It's a great place to stay on a lower buget. The people are nice and you are in the middle of the mountains. It's not luxurious and simple things are broken. Still it's a fine place to go if your travelling on a budget.

I was a month ago and was nice except for the fact that the TV did not work for a week we did not fix except who it is all good and beautiful there are 3 floors and nice
Cottages are nice, but they have enough bugs as just one bathroom, etc.

Beautiful location. The hotel is convenient and the breakfast is nice, as well as the indoor pool and sauna. A good choice for families.
Food wasn't great, but edible. Accommodation quality varies for rooms. Hotel is really big. Pool is quite nice. Sauna is dry. There's nice place with couches and free Wi-Fi where, you can spend time with friends. It's close to slope, from where you can get to anywhere you want to ride. Overall nice place, especially if you're there with friends.
Not a luxury hotel, but great place for active holiday and relaxation.

Because everything you need for a winter holiday is available. Location of the hotel, room facilities and the staff is great. Great effort is made to offer holidaymakers variety. So I will definitely go back.
We want to thank the entire hotel staff for a wonderful holiday. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We only had a bit of a problem with the food ... great selection and everything was excellent, we didn't know what to choose říte you cook really well 👍👍👍 thank you very much and we wish ourselves equally satisfied guests.
Thank you for a wonderful New Year's Eve stay. In 2021 we visited the hotel twice. Children really like the animation programs and the pool. I'd say it was warmer now in the winter than in July. I was very interested in the good sugar, which was freely available, and I admire the staff who baked sugar, allegedly 100 kg. I also have to admire the staff for their willingness, on New Year's Eve the night...
Nice hotel after partial reconstruction. Rooms nice, quite spacious, only a small bathroom. Food average, buffets, but the quality and selection correspond to 3 *, the pool is older and unfortunately very cold, there is no whirlpool - a shock at the wellness hotel! The massage was pleasant, but the lady is more stroking. The performance / price ratio is ok.

We were really happy with our stay but there are few things that make us not to give full number of points: 1. family room - we were given room with bunk beds (B101) - with little kids as we have it was impossible to use upper bed - so we squeezed. 2. The level of noise after 10pm coming from the bar and playground just outside of the room was so high that we had to close the windows otherwise it...
Luxury and spacious place, we liked the buffet breakfast and dinner. Room service could be more attentive to bathroom corners. There were hair and dirt from guests before, which I don`t expect regarding the price/night.

Very clean and good atmosphere hotel. Breakfast and dinner very good. Staff very friendly. Nice rooms, no noise from outside and from other rooms. Harrochov is a small place but there is still everything for tourists. I hope to come back in this hotel.
No air conditioning, no fridge. A heavenly place, the nature and the air above everyone's expectations. The staff is very friendly there and speaking Russian. Shower is great, spacious. Breakfast good, very clean and comfortable, the place is a Paradise, very beautiful!!!

Too bad there is only a small selection at breakfast and only a "weak" and more or less plush-magazine children's corner at the reception
History breathed on us, but otherwise very pleasant staff, food delicious. Very clean everywhere and the possibility of accommodation with a dog. I can only recommend, great value for money.
