Hotel Alfonska

Nas room was equipped as of year xy, but pretty clean.
The food was the option I choose but the quality of it pripominalo horse staff eating area.....
Whirlpool, which we had in the price of the voucher/dark.voucher)is in pristavku and is the best written always before this shower, but there is no shower's and personal prs on it neupozorni and if you will want for the restroom, so you have the room or the restroom in the hall for diners. In the water they swam castecky and lightly zapachala.

The location is great.

We were here about 5 years ago, but as I can see from the current reviews, not much has changed. When we were there, were we greeted by a nice manager? object, but everything was nice. The room was very basic equipped with old furniture, light dirt and cobwebs were a matter of course. Otherwise, the location of the hotel is great. What was less than great was the staff, the waiter/receptionist had no respect for his position at all and was drinking local alcohol with his mates which could be heard loudly throughout the room. We needed help with a broken window, 3 drunk young men came to us and fixed the window.... Not to be critical, there was a nice cook who prepared what we wanted in average quality. If such anarchy persists there, it is definitely not recommended to visit.

The only thing I could classify as good from this stay was the food and the room we were assigned had a cozy bed overall.

The overall stay was one big disappointment for all the money, 10,000 CZK basically just for food and a bed. The information written on the Alfonska hotel website is beautiful, but it is very lucky to find at least one of the promised things here. This entire stay is a lawsuit, the unfulfilled information that we were looking forward to, and thanks to which we chose this hotel, is inaccessible. Attracting people is the main motto of this hotel. Were you looking forward to the promised swimming in the pool at the hotel and the surrounding pools, relaxing in the hot tub or did your children want to enjoy themselves on the multifunctional playground? A crumbling pool with a swamp inside and a drained reservoir near the hotel probably won't really excite you. The confused staff didn't know what we were talking about after asking about the hot tub, because there isn't one here. A decaying, cobweb-covered wooden structure called a playground probably won't please your children or you. Rotten floors, benches and sheds will give you an even better feeling.
From my personal point of view, I do not recommend Hotel Alfonska, on the contrary, I am writing this review to warn everyone who would like to check it out. I definitely do not recommend it for children, there is no entertainment here due to the location of the hotel and the condition of the hotel.
I really wouldn't come back here again
