We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days with two 12-year-old girls and used all the services except the zoo. We were extremely satisfied – both rooms were clean, like new, with no visible signs of wear and tear (even in the bathroom), daily cleaning, reasonable temperature, comfortable mattresses. We are staying in this hotel for 5 nights, came yesterday and when we came to our room there was so much noise from the road that is right under our windows. So sleeping in wellness hotel means you will hear the noise from cars each 1 minute, but the most disappointing thing for us was attitude of staff who works on guest reception, we asked them to help us and just to change the side of the room,...

We love the pool area. We wish we discovered this when our son was a baby, he would have so much fun; moving forward, next time we come we will be coming again and discover more of wonderful Liberec.

Perfect hotel to let the children run wild and relax in the sauna in the evening. Here is something for everyone. Our children were very enthusiastic and want to come back here. Price-performance is definitely appropriate.

Quite pretty hotel inside, very nice lobby bar, where you can hang out with the friends, we enjoyed the dinner and especially the rich breakfast, the only negative experience was with the the large hard pillows, if you have sensative sleep, may be take your pillow with you, otherwise a great place for a stay

I have known this hotel for years. It’s been renovated lately which is a plus. Great food and good management who resolves small issues quickly.

Cozy and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast. Sauna has an additional charge but it’s a small fee.

Everything was in perfect order. The service was friendly, clean, and close to the city center. The only downside was the mattress being too soft. It's unbearable for people with spinal problems. You might want to consider improving comfort in this area.

Simple but okay Hotel is very simple but clean, staff is friendly. Food is okay. Rooms are clean and spacious, beds are pretty hard but we had good sleep. Pool is okay, there is sauna. The bowling area is really good with games, pool and bar.

Bit of a mixed feelings hotel. Some doors (eg toilet) are so worn down it is impossible to give that a clean feeling. But the hotel is really clean. Bed linnen had some holes in it but it is super clean. So it needs more then some paint. We enjoyed the tradtional Czech cuisine during our Christmas stay. Compliments to the cooks! Staff if great and patient.

The rooms were quite spacious, the bathrooms were clean and the service was overall great. The location is a little bit away from the city, recommend some transport to it if you have a large baggage. The mountains around the hotel are great and there are many things to explore.

I chose the hotel specifically for the swimming pool as my daughter does not have much swimming experience. I was told that the pool is open to the public until 2pm. There was also an amount of hours restriction.

Restaurant was clean, food was for fair price (at least for Krkonoše region) with decent quality. Size of meal was sufficient yet generaly there weren't many options and only few non-fried main meal. Service was decent. Nice lemonades. 3 starts for inability to pay with card only in cash, so if you aren't caveman and don't carry regularly huge amount of cash you may spend some of your valuable time...

Helpful staff, no english channels on TV. Big bed but 25cm between bed and wall. Bit tight. Small table, one chair, extra single bed. Good size bathroom. 5 minutes walk down to Forum (MyLiberec) shopping centre for food on Sunday night on level 3.
