So, if you're looking to stay in Jihlava, I highly recommend this hotel. It has excellent food, wonderful wellness facilities, nice, clean rooms, and friendly staff. I highly recommend it.

The breakfast was very good and well served, all kinds of food were present according to everyone's preferences / The room was comfortable with the necessary equipment for each of us

most expensive hotel in town with low service, rooms are cleaned every second day and then only basically, no bed linens stretched even not changing covers rough and unfriendly manager/owner , telling if you don’t like i give you back your money and you can go ! good breakfast, good restaurant near by which belongs to hotel few min walk to fit people fitness center billa supermarket nearby, that’s the reason accepting first 2 negative points to stay there

Probably the most modern hotel in Jihlava. Ok for a short stay, nothing fancy but overall good hotel.

Pro. - spacious guest room with everything needed - bright and clean bathroom - excellent breakfast buffet with various choices - park Haus behind hotel Con. - the reception lady was impatient and got nerved when I asked for fans twice - „I don’t have time“ only because two other guests were in the queue behind me even I was the first one

Unfortunately not good experience.
First room was very noisy from boiler room nearby, we switched. The second one had extremely loud bathroom ventilation, main light wasn't working.
We ordered room with kitchen, but it was completely empty. What is the purpose of kitchen, where you don't have any cup, no silverware, nothing. Kettle was broken.
Cleaning lady forgot soap canister in the room.
No cosmetics except cheapest soap. Soap dispenser was broken. Bathroom shelf was also broken.
Breakfast was very basic, pastry old, very limited choice. Coffee was just terrible.
I am sorry, but for this money, never again.

rooms are ok but in the weekend is the breakfast not so ok because they are not staying a lot of people!!!

Hotel with a great location just 10 min on foot from the bus station and few minutes from the central square. The staff was very friendly and helpful, room was spacious, clean with a nice view of a small park. We had breakfast in the hotel and it was delicious, there was a big selection of food. Comfortable and recommendable stay!
