This is one of my favorite hotels, and I have been returning here for over 12 years. The staff is always friendly, and the rooms are consistently nice and clean.

However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional breakfast. The selection is huge, and everything is of very high quality and delicious. It is impressive how they have maintained this incredibly high standard for over a decade.

I always look forward to visiting Brno, often just because of the experience at this hotel. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel. Ideally situated between the castle and old town. Clean and nicely appointed rooms (we had a junior suite which was spacious). Great selection at breakfast. Efficient and polite service from all the staff we had contact with. You can't really ask for much more....recommended.

Located right in the center of Brno, the hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, service, and atmosphere that makes every stay memorable. From the moment you enter the elegant lobby, you feel the attention to detail and the high professional standards that define this property.

The location could not be better. The hotel is only a few minutes’ walk from Špilberk Castle, Freedom Square, and the main shopping and dining areas. It is also close to the main train station and public transportation, which makes exploring the city easy and convenient. Whether you are in Brno for a conference, a concert, or sightseeing, everything is within comfortable reach.

The rooms are spacious, quiet, and very well maintained. Each room is equipped with comfortable beds, high-quality linens, a large desk, air conditioning, a minibar, and modern lighting. The cleanliness is exceptional — housekeeping is thorough and consistent, and everything feels fresh and organized. The bathrooms are spotless and include high-pressure showers, quality toiletries, and plenty of towels. Some rooms offer beautiful views of the city or of the surrounding hills, which adds to the relaxing atmosphere.

The breakfast buffet is one of the highlights of the stay. It offers a rich selection of fresh bread, pastries, eggs, cheeses, fruits, and local specialties, along with excellent coffee and tea. There are also options for vegetarians and guests with dietary restrictions, and the staff are always happy to assist with any special requests. The restaurant and bar on the ground floor serve delicious food throughout the day, including both Czech and international cuisine. The service is professional and friendly without being intrusive, and every meal feels well prepared and carefully presented.

The hotel staff deserve special mention. Every member of the team is polite, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. Reception is open 24 hours, and they are always ready to help with transportation, directions, or restaurant recommendations. Check-in and check-out are smooth and quick, and communication is excellent in English and several other languages. It is clear that the staff take pride in providing a first-class experience for their guests.

I stayed at this hotel a month ago for work and accidentally left behind a pair of shoes. I returned yesterday and was genuinely surprised to find the shoes waiting for me in my room!

This small but thoughtful gesture says a lot about the level of care and attention the staff provides. They didn’t just keep my belongings safe — they anticipated my return and made sure I felt welcome.

Aside from that, everything was once again excellent: clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and great service overall. Highly recommended!
