The restaurant and brewery are excellent. The food is top-notch (the slow-roasted duck is amazing, and the sauerkraut is some of the best I've ever had—and I lived in Germany...), the portions are generous, and there's a good selection of house beers. The open kitchen is a really cool concept; it's always fun to watch the chefs at work. The service is good and the staff is attentive.

A new hotel. It's a very successful and sensitive renovation of an emergency room building. The hotel has two floors of underground parking and is serviced by an elevator. There are many things that stand out about the hotel, especially the restaurant with the EFI brewery. The wellness center has a hot tub, a steam room, and a Finnish sauna. But what really struck me was the four-story wooden relaxation room in the wellness area. As for the rooms, we had a view of the interior of the building, with a spacious balcony and complete peace. (However, the hotel also has rooms with street views.) If I ever go to Brno again, I'll stay here again.

We stayed for two nights in junior suite. We chose it for the spa which then was out of service due to fire incident so we did not feel like trying it when they reopened. The walk to the city centre is about 20 min and similar time to main train station. Although room was on the main road it was not too bad and quiet at night. Aircon worked. Room was spacious, with two bathrooms and two toilets: one with shower, the other one with bathtub. Unfortunately water was lukewarm to warm so not suitable for actually taking the bath… Breakfast was fantastic with fresh ingredients to make yourself a juice - I have never seen it in any other hotel so big plus. Also there was an omelet station. Restaurant and brewery is worth trying for their own lager and modern twist on Czech classics. Overall very clean hotel of excellent value and I would return. We got welcome drinks.

This was one of the best hotels visits ever. The environment, the service, the natural smile from the staff – everything added up to a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was incredible and it is very hard to think of anything that will improve it. Everything was nice and clean and everything worked. It was like the staff enjoyed their work and enjoyed giving you a good time in a relaxed manner. I can strongly recommend this hotel and if my wife and I ever are going to Brno again, we will prioritize to stay there again.

Wonderful hotel. Recently renovated (HUGE) rooms and three level spa area right in the building made for a wonderful stay.

The hotel offered everything for a one-night stay. The room was bright, new, and extremely clean. I highly recommend it!

Due to health reasons, I need to return home as soon as possible. I cannot check in on the last day. The hotel refused to communicate, which was not humane. The breakfast was relatively simple, and some of the food was not very hygienic.

Please do not pay extra for the room with the balcony because its not a real balcony!! Thats why they dont put the pictures.
Stuff are really unfriendly.
On the other gand hotel is new and well equiped, they offered welcome drink and snacks in their bar/restaurant which is nice but again with un friendly and cold faces!

My wife and I just came back from a weekend at Efi Spa hotel. Almost everything was perfect, but there were a few issues - all of them in the restaurant. I'll just mention that one of the apetizers at dinner was served in a jar. The chef could at least make an effort and put it on a plate from now on. Breakfast buffet was very good. The waiters were nice and friendly, but they can be even better if they improve their English. Reception, Spa, Housekeeping, Transfer guy and the rest of the personal were brilliant. Thank you all!

New hotel is about 1,2 kilometre from the centre. The rooms are scented, clean, large, the bed is very comfortable and there is also a balcony. The staff was really kind, willing and helpful. You can also use the free later check-out until 12:00.
