Hotel is nice as per location and design/decoration inside. However rooms are Small, one dark below the road level if you chose terasse type is better. Spa with lack of personnel attendance - no towels/ sauna sheets. Lacking in room hosekeeping - ashtray, not refilled toiletries. Restaurant with 4 main courses in menu only…

The hotel has a very nice interior and a solid design, inspired by modern European wellness hotels. I really appreciated the original ideas such as the complimentary wine tasting – a great bonus for guests. On the downside, the rooms are quite small, charging for electric cars comes with an extra fee, and the restaurant only serves food until 9 PM, which feels a bit early for a four-star hotel. The wellness area is pleasant but could be larger, and the split into two separate parts makes it feel less practical. Overall, it’s clear the hotel is still developing and improving step by step – it has great potential, but there is still room for upgrades.

I recently stayed at this hotel, which often receives five-star reviews. However, my experience has led me to give it only three stars. At first glance, the hotel looks luxurious and offers a pleasant environment, but if you’re well-traveled and accustomed to international standards, you might find it lacking. While it stands out locally, the service, staff professionalism, and overall experience do not match what you’d expect from a five-star property abroad. The staff is friendly, but the level of service falls short of what I’ve experienced in similar hotels. There was a noticeable lack of attention to detail and at times it felt as though the guests were an inconvenience. I often had to wait longer for requested services and communication with the front desk could have been smoother.

The rooms are adequately equipped and clean, but there’s nothing particularly memorable about them. The furnishings and decor are somewhat dated (especially bathroom), which detracts from the overall impression. While the hotel may be exceptional by local standards, it simply doesn’t measure up to what you’d find in similar presented hotels. The dining experience was acceptable but far from outstanding.
In conclusion, this hotel isn’t bad, but it didn’t live up to its star reputation, especially for a seasoned traveler. It may appeal to local guests or tourists who lack the international comparison, but for me, it was just average. I’m giving it three stars because I see room for improvement, particularly in service quality and staff professionalism.

Beautiful hotel, where I was looking forward to. The result was very disjointed - room with a view of the sloping wall, no dinner - the staff explained to us that they are changing the menu, so on Friday evening the restaurant is closed. Should I go elsewhere - I was advised. Full hotel of guests, lots of events in Mikulov and surroundings - well, strange approach. So the visit was a big disappointment for me.
