Everything is perfect, as expected for this type of accommodation.
However, I have two suggestions for improvement - vacating the room at 9am? The standard is 10am+.
Also, getting to the hotel by car can be a problem - you will be stopped by a barrier and no one answers the reception at that moment.

Great satisfaction with everything, thanks to the staff for their service and the surrounding establishments for making the stay more enjoyable

We were here for a week-long spa stay with my husband, the room had a view of the park, very nice, but the cleaning here is quite slow. There are carpets in the room, but the cleaning ladies don't vacuum it at all during the stay and what's in those carpets is really disgusting/ I took the trouble to brush the hallway with a shoe brush and even my husband was disgusted by what was in the carpet./ Since people come here for treatment with asthma, the carpets should be cleaned and vacuumed better. Otherwise, breakfast and lunch snacks are excellent. The spa procedures are top notch.

Beautiful hotel in Art Nouveau style next to the colonnade. There is a cosy bar downstairs. Try also a walk to the dam.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of the colonnade ... close to the clinic and the center.

A nice art deco hotel. The staff willing to help, good breakfasts, good location, spa procedures nearby. Some details in the house are however unsolved, mainly poorly insulated room doors letting in noise from the hallways.
