The receptionists are helpful and fluent in multiple languages. The Spa Area is well maintained and included in the stay. Overall we enjoyed the stay and can recommend it!

Very nice hotel in a very charming spa city. We really enjoy our stay. Stuff is very nice. Breakfast is very good. In good weather you can even sit on the terase. Good location. The best thing is spa. There is hot water in jacuzzies. It is not overcrowded so you really can enjoy. The only minus is higher price for parking. French restaurant we haven't tried.

This is now the second time we spent a week in this hotel and can only recommend it. The staff is very friendly, the wellness is excellent and quiet and the town of Luhacovice is a great place to unwind. We received a wellness voucher from our dear friends and really enjoyed what the wellness &spa had to offer. We started at the private section (cheese, champagne, jacuzzi and a spa) which was very romantic and it got us relaxed and then we joined the public section (5 different spas, whirlpool, pool, bar and relax area) We loved it.

Dlightely mixed up feelings as I would expect more from 4 stars. Small reception, good rooms with comfortable bed, wide selection for breakfast but extremely rude waiter.

UPDATE 29/11/2023: Incredible renovation. Absolutely unbelievable change! The place went from a 2-3 star looking communist hotel to a 4-5 star hotel now. Plants in the rooms, brand new toilets, marble, new beautiful carpets, brand new solid furniture, great lights, it's just jaw dropping. I'm not paid to say this, I just have history with this place and have been coming here for over 6 years now....

I went to their spa and I have to say that I haven't gotten such good treatment for a while. The sauna was good and the ice pool too. The swimming pool was slightly too crowded for me and maybe too many old people for me. Other than that I have absolutely no problem with this place. Location is also extremely nice. The area is just GREAT, but the hotel could be better.

I start saying that this place is in a very nice location, your view is over an artificial lake (depending on your room though) and it's surrounded by a wonderful and colorful forest. It's a super silent and relaxed area, just next to the very famous and renown spa town of Luhačovice. Second time I have stayed. Rooms are compact but well appointed and very comfortable. Service is excellent. Right in the centre of town. A great spot to stay.

The catering service has improved very much since previous years. The food area is refurbished and of very nice nad comfortable design. The food in general is delicious. The wellness is small but since there are no crowds there it fits the needs. The staff is nice and kind. It is recommended for families 👍🏻

Very nice accommodation, beautiful and modern room. We appreciate the opportunity to buy something to eat and drink here, and also the place for little children. What was very pleasure for us, is the price. Also the place for parking right behind the hotel was great benefit. We would recommand this accommodation to all people, who love low prices, but high quality.

Everything is perfect, as expected for this type of accommodation. However, I have two suggestions for improvement - vacating the room at 9am? The standard is 10am+. Also, getting to the hotel by car can be a problem - you will be stopped by a barrier and no one answers the reception at that moment.

We were here for a week-long spa stay with my husband, the room had a view of the park, very nice, but the cleaning here is quite slow. There are carpets in the room, but the cleaning ladies don't vacuum it at all during the stay and what's in those carpets is really disgusting/ I took the trouble to brush the hallway with a shoe brush and even my husband was disgusted by what was in the carpet./ Since...

Nice hotel surrounded by trees and lovely views. Offers free transport to Luhacovice. We enjoyed both indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Breakfast and dinner were good. We stayed in cottages which offered enough space. Kids loved the playground and ate their dinners.

Fairly good place located high above Luhačovice. Generally adheres to the 4* standard. Rooms are quite small, equipped with working AC, balcony, bathroom with shower and bathtub. Heating in winter, a bit of a strange set up, once cold, once warm. The restaurant is 21:30, but while they drink, so not a problem also a few hours longer. Rooms easier, but clean. For a hotel that claims to be a luxury 4* SPA hotel and charges according to us we had the worst breakfast ever in our travels. The accommodation and spa facilities were in line with the claim. However, overall definitely not worth the money. Not recommended.

I rate Villa Valašské as the TOP accommodation in Luhačovice (I have been on a short stay in about 10 hotels). The apartments must satisfy even the most demanding. Only here and in the Antoaneta building are very hard mattresses, I recommend ordering a mattress pad in advance, which will make sleeping more comfortable.
