Kid ultra-friendly hotel. :-) Staff is super-caring about all of your needs. If we will go back to Luhacovice, then this hotel is choice number one. :-)

Great stay! We loved everything about the hotel, its location is perfect - near the reservoir, beautiful spotless clean room with a very comfy bed and a really nice bathroom, the staff in all departments were really helpful and friendly, spa is amazing and the meals in the restaurant were delicious! Can 100% recommend and will be definitely staying again.

Pobyty a procedury naprosto vyborne, pokoje take tezce OK, horsi jen obsluha v restauraci, tam ti nekdy vazne a nabizeny napoj na uvitanou si nemuzete zvolit, nabidnou vam jen (v te dobe) cervene vino, bez moznosti zameny :( asi to potrebovali spotrebovat. Nebyt techto dvou neduhu, bylo by to za pet *.

Old hotel, no luxury, archaic amenities, but clean and tidy. The hotel restaurant was a very big return to the past, especially I mean the equipment. Breakfast such a worse average, if someone is used to something better, but unpretentious clients will certainly be satisfied. Location nice, rooms relatively spacious and clean. Bathroom also renovated and clean. The staff was friendly. Good for sleeping

This hotel is not for the discerning. They will probably be disappointed. The era of socialism can still be felt here in some places 🤘It was a pleasant and helpful service for me both in the bar and in the dining room, I have to pick it up. The kitchen is also a good old school, so classic Czech dishes. Maybe he would like to tweak the vegetable garnish a little and taste more. But otherwise satisfaction...

Despite a bit old-fashioned appearance of the building the staying here was really great experience - willing personnel, great services (including wellness, massages, scooter rentals...), outstanding quality of kitchen. Thank you all!

Just checked in two hours ago. Everything very good thus far - friendly staff, nice, clean and spacious rooms, excellent view. Nice asphalted path along the artificial lake to jog along. And the beer in the restaurant is Pilsener Urquell And cold:-)

I'm here after the season, but the staff was great, if I don't you go to the "grilled cheese of the hranclema" you will be pleasantly surprised.Unusual menu and friendly service.

The area is just GREAT, but the hotel could be better.

I start saying that this place is in a very nice location, your view is over an artificial lake (depending on your room though) and it's surrounded by a wonderful and colorful forest. It's a super silent and relaxed area, just next to the very famous and renown spa town of Luhačovice. The clever thing to do is to find a good place where to spend your stay and save up a bit rather than staying directly...

I have to say that the customer service at the hotel is outstanding. The front desk people are very accommodating and quick with a response for any request. However, I have to say that when we came in 2017 I would have given it 5 stars. When I returned in Sept 2019, that rating dropped to 4. Friendly staff, healthy food and relaxing. Includes Spa. Fascinating images in the hotel foyer that celebrate its history as a college for Butlers (Majordomo). Great view over Zlin and forest walks behind hotel, lovely in autumn.

It doesnt look much modern, but its an honest place. My room was one of the cleanest I slept in Zlin. In this price level is good.

Despite very late arrival - (almost midnight) - I could get a room on the spot. Since there was no restaurant open anymore, the dinner after 14 hours driving was 2 cans of Gambrinus beer and 2 small bags of chips. Enough to wind down and have a good sleep. Breakfast was not great, but okay. The hotel in any case is a way better choice than the nearby hotel Moskva!!!

My first time in Garni (4 nights) and everything was good - the breakfast has diversity, the room was great and clean, the wifi also worked perfectly. Right in the city center and close to the bus station, what do you want more? Highly recommended!

Quite a nice hotel with its own underground parking. Room amenities I would say common except own small room air conditioning. The bathroom has a spacious shower. He was very pleased with the balcony. Unfortunately, the room was quite hot in the evening facing southwest.

Hotel in a busy location, which may not suit everyone. It's a shame that the chef couldn't include at least whole grain bread in the breakfast menu. Yogurt or cereal were out of the question.

A beautifully appointed hotel with spacious rooms in a perfect location. The staff, led by the owner, was very helpful and cordial. Parking in a closed building, everything worked great. The only minus was the traffic noise from the adjacent street, but of course the hotel cannot influence this.
