My friend and I have been there several times, and everything is perfect again. The staff is friendly and helpful, the receptionist is pleasant and helpful, and we feel great. We enjoyed our stay again. Thank you.

Great pool, good and service

Nice hotel surrounded by trees and lovely views. Offers free transport to Luhacovice. We enjoyed both indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Breakfast and dinner were good. We stayed in cottages which offered enough space. Kids loved the playground and ate their dinners.

Breakfast not for 4stars hotel but only 2-3*....Small room...Location..too far from city.. only wellness was perfect. Holiday good for seniors...around the hotel is nothing. The staff poor. The hotel was top expensive and the quality not good

Came here before and now again because it is family friendly . Too bad . The plus is the breakfast but not too many healthy options . The negatives ? Too many to list . Staff not friendly except for housekeeping. Amenities dated . None of the fitness bikes worked , the fitness center is in a garage . Spa services not worth paying for . Location is not conducive to walking . Bar poorly stocked . Saunas start at 4 pm stop at 9 pm Pool area and locker not well kept . I can’t say I would recommend this place to anyone . Quite dissatisfied. If you have the chance stay closer town and get the benefits .

We would like to commend and highlight your impeccable service, which took care to accommodate our every wish, as well as your impeccable approach, collaboration, and planning throughout the entire wedding. The food you served was simply amazing and delicious, not to mention the evening barbecue, which was a vibrant and unique addition to the wedding. We had been waiting for this day for almost a year and a half due to the coronavirus situation, so thank you for allowing us to share this unique day with you.

Perfect, we were very satisfied? . Nice staff, good food, rooms clean, the surroundings beautiful, the indoor pool is priceless. Treatments pleasant, happy we'll come back ?

Excellent food, lovely renovated interior, professional service and wonderful environment.
In this hotel we had the wedding, the manager of the hotel mr. Voráček with us all the details discussed and subsequently realized, everything turned out beyond expectations and ended with a wonderful fireworks display. Definitely recommended!
