The hotel is very well located, very close to transport and all main turístico places. There were a lot of amenities close by. The hotel was really clean and warm. There is no lift but they say in their website. The staff is friendly and helpful. Reception is closed from 3pm but a very close by hotel has 24h reception for them.

Convenient to metro to and from airport. Beds uncomfortable, had to check in at another hotel. The place is just outdated. Acceptable if you need a cheap place to sleep on a layover, just request to be in any room other than 305. You’ll be awaken by dishes being slammed around in the breakfast room directly across from your room!

Very nice location and good breakfast. The room was lovely and the stuff kind. Only thing to be improved were the toilets. A bit small and sometimes not very clean

Terrible customer service! The reception desk is up three and a half flights of narrow stairs with no elevator. After lugging my and my partner's heavy suitcases up the first flight, I called reception to ask if someone could help me carry them the rest of the way. They said NO.

The reception closes at 3pm. They said if I needed something after 3 I could go to another hotel a block and a half away.

The shared bathrooms at the end of the hall are tiny, cramped, dark, and smelly. The window in my room broke when I opened it. Some of the outlets didn't work.

The bed was comfortable and there was a sink in the room.
