The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We booked a meal at Sticks and sushi on the rooftop and had a beautiful meal for my hubby's birthday. In the room the toiletries in particular were very good quality and had a lovely perfume. The lifts were fast and efficient. There was always a cab in the forecourt if we needed...
The staff were very friendly, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained throughout. My room was tidy and comfortable, and the steak restaurant inside the hotel was excellent! Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely come back again.
First time in my life that stay at hotel I need request to get clean service for my room. So as the result the room is not cleaned. The front deck is not care about my feelings so this hotel is not recommend.
The staff are very helpful, and the location is excellent—Two bus stops to the central station.
The hotel is cozy and clean The staff are kind enough to let us check in at eleven after our early flight The hotel is located near Lidl and ikea, which we like much The equipments in the gym are rather basic but just enough for us for a few days
Well firstly I paid extra for a Princess sized bed only to check in and get a double - apparently according to the staff at Tivoli hotel these site eg Trip sell these rooms when really they are standard - wanted to charge me extra for the larger bed - so beware when booking there is no such thing as the standard queen room with a queen sized bed. Also on my booking I booked a river view I didn’t get...
I asked 4 times please can I get my room cleaned I even went to the reception and still didn’t get cleaned No room service for the room to get cleaned even though I asked many times. The telephone in the room don’t work to call reception. When I told them on arrival that you have given me a room with one bed when I need to single beds I was given a card and told to ring this person

Hotel does not provide anything even kleenex nor body lotion. No closet, or sleeper and TV only have 11 local channels not a smart TV.. I paid 275 US dollars for 1 night stay, breakfast is averaged 🤣
Last minute booking, last 2 rooms available then. Very close to the airport and public transportation. Front desk very busy, yet, still very helpful. Happy with my stay.
Convenient for an overnight layover between flights.  The bed was very comfortable, with good sound/light proofing.  The room is small, functional and minimalist - but all I needed.  I used the self check-in was worked seamlessly, but did not eat or drink at the hotel.
It is quite close to the airport, so if it is a late arrival schedule, it is recommended to stay here. And the rental car center shuttle bus station is also nearby, so it is very convenient.
Pros: Just 5-minute walk to the airport in a fully-covered walkway Cons: (1) Without air-conditioning in June, I was assigned a room with window facing west. It was extremely hot when I entered. Yet, change of room was first not permitted, responding bluntly by the receptionist that there is no more vacant room of my grade. Insisting that I was unable to stay in a “sauna” room (windows are not openable...
Around 10mins walk from airport, no need to walk outside. And I like self check in and check out process. Room is clean and the bed is good for rest after 12hrs flight. Moreover, the breakfast is wonderful. Highly recommended this hotel.

Perfect location, most things walkable but if not transport is easy to use and regular. Beautiful city. Ate in the hotel restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed our food. Manager was wonderful.
No fridge but ok stay with waffles DIY station
The location is close to Stroget , Tivoli etc. There's a nearby supermarket where you could get the best feel of what locals buy . The breakfast is good especially the butter ! Yummy!!👍👍👍
Nice hotel, well situated - within walking distance of city centre and train to airport.
Small but sufficient. I do wish they had a steam iron and larger duvets, rather than 2 single duvets.

Location-wise, the hotel has it all since it’s very close and walkable from Copenhagen Central Train Station. It’s also nearby the Fisketorvet Copenhagen Mall and other shops and stops and spots such as the Tivoli Gardens. The hotel itself looks structurally elegant from the outside and inside. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Their rooms I think have minimalist concept wherein they have tried...
10-15min walk to the Central Station. Breakfast costs €12-13. Few selections juts some breads and boiled eggs. Still cheaper than eating out. Room is clean and I got a free ugrade room with a city view. I chose this hotel because it is just a 5min walk to FlixBus station. The hotel lobby and waiting area is great
Good cleanliness and amenities. Safe location for solo travellers.
I stayed for one night. The hotel was clean, looked nice, and I was satisfied with my stay…
Location is good, but be prepared for a 15 minute walk from København H. Cleanliness could definitely be improved. Check-in and check-out, however, were excellent.
Small but clean room. The price was relatively inexpensive compared to Copenhagen price level. Close to the railway station. Breakfast was very good. I find it strange and unusual that they charge you for leaving your luggage at the hotel after check-out.

Good location near Dybbolsbro station and the best thing is the many eateries and shops right behind this hotel, lots of really good food and supermarket within walking distance. Hotel breakfast was pretty much the same everyday but it was a good breakfast that I didn't get bored even for 4 days. The room was good enough tho the sheets and duvet had some stains and hair. Housekeeping is not by default...
Fantastic location to all areas of Copenhagen. Room was really nice and modern. Breakfast was superb. Right next to the meat packing district if you fancy a few drinks. Hotel gym is the best I’ve ever used.
Convenient, comfortable, delicious breakfast, close to tourist attractions, very easy to travel.
The hotel was nice and the breakfast was great (though a bit crowded). The room was tidy. Location was a bit of a walk from the centre but ok price wise. Small things could have been better, like having to pay to store your luggage, but overall happy we stayed there
staff not very welcoming, 0 information on everything but it is well located.
The hotel is conveniently located, about a 12-minute walk from the central station and a 4-minute walk from the tram station. The facilities in the room are ideal and spacious, and the bath water temperature is stable and smooth.

The breakfast was delicious and it was conveniently located near the station. There was a supermarket, a 7-Eleven, McDonald's, and a bakery! However, I don't understand why the hot water from the shower reaches the toilet. I strongly request that this be improved. I wiped it down with the absorbent cloth I brought with me every time. I cried because the water in the shower was so hot, even though...
We stayed for 5 nights.  The rooms were alright.  A bit dusty on our first night (specially under the sofa bed) but after housekeeping cleaned the room the following day, it was a lot better.  The location of the hotel was excellent.  Definitely very convenient with the M trains.  The breakfast buffet was excellent.  The front desk, kitchen & restaurant staff were all very helpful, pleasant and efficient...
The room was spacious and cleaned, and the breakfast spread of variety to fill your dish. Great location within walking distance to station.
The location is very convenient, right next to the subway, the breakfast is good, very local, and occasionally you will encounter lovely eggs. Occasionally you will encounter a super beautiful sunset.
The breakfast is amazing and definitely saves a lot of cost in the costly city. Liked the room nice and neat and everything was easy and intuitive for me to use. The place is very close to the metro station (Fredericksberg station) and the mall which opens pretty late in this country. Visit Føtex if you wish to see whats local. Other places worth visiting would be... BUKA bakery, and Fredericksberg...
The room is quiet, the bedding is comfortable, and the breakfast is rich. The room is decorated in dark colors, a little small and a little dark; the location is good, there is a subway a few dozen meters away, and there is a very good bakery on the corner; the surrounding streets are very lively, and there is basically no pressure to go out for a walk at night.

We had a pleasant stay there. I wouldn’t say that it was really valued for the price for a family of three, but it was okay.
Would be nice to provide at least a bottle of water in the room. Breakfast was nice. However, I missed a bowl of copped fruits.
Nice hotel in a convenient position to explore the city. Close to ikea and commercial center, metro and train station. Not fully satisfied by breakfast but overall a very nice hotel
Facilites are a little aged but location of hotel right next to a big mall is convenient. It is also close to metro and train station. Standard room is also a little cramped.
Decent location from the train station, nearby a mall and nice view of the harbour. Clean room and good service. Good value. Highly recommend staying here for your trip.
The hotel is relatively new and bigger than other, come with a beautiful seaview room and restaurants. The location is quite far from the city centre but there is one train station by 8 min walk. I stayed there for 7 days, breakfast never change varieties, the same over the entire week. Quite boring

convenient location, great service and good food. recommend to visit
my customer were very happy to stay at this place. Awesome location
The hotel is central and close to everything. Happy stayed here. I would come back here again.
Staff are very kind. Booked 2 rooms sadly one room hasn’t been cleaned but they gave is the key🙄
Always staying at Imperial Hotel when I am in Copenhagen as it is directly beside Vesterport S-train station and in the middle of all the really good restaurants. Even the Italian restaurant at the ground floor serves pretty good italian dishes. During winter months, they will give you vouchers too which you can grab a drink at the hotel pub. Its location is close to airport. There is Metro station nearby and you can reach down town by metro easily. The breakfast is great. If you have kid, remember bring him to the play room, there is a great Lego corner for the kid to play with.
The hotel has a good location, 4 mins walk to the metro and Denmark's largest shopping mall with a huge Bilka supermarket. The breakfast is fantastic and has a good spread. The room is clean and tidy, the environment is quiet, the location is excellent, and many attractions can be reached on foot. The breakfast is delicious.
Best location with many shopping place, sightseeing place and restaurants around. And very clean as well.
It wasn't my first time in Copenhagen but I'm sure that if I will come back again Phoenix Copenhagen will be my hotel. Excellent position in the heart of the city, really close to all the main attractions and metro. The hotel its huge, very clean, the staff super friendly and gentle. In the room the coffee it's free and there is a mini bar that's ok. Really recommended. Paolo
The front desk was very nice and willing to help. Room was too small.
Easy walk to Nyhavn and huge department store Magasin. Went in for iPhone charging cable. Rivals Harris’s in size. Great welcoming. This was a post cruise one night stay. Got me in by noon. Wonderful
Was a nice basic Scandinavian/American variety. Very cozy comfortable room. Very easy to get used to Scandinavian style of sheetless duvet covers. Nice. Hotel presented itself nicely in decor and cleanliness. Polite helpful staff. Helped me with British Airways and my lost bag. Thank you.

I stayed overnight for an event last minute and was surprised how stylist the hotel was and how many spaces you could hang out in. There was also a outdoor area to lounge in. The vibe was very classic modern retro. The breakfast was included with a wide array of high quality food. They also rent out bikes which was quite convenient I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very pleasant. Decent sized room, good shower and comfortable bed. Staff always pleasant when spoken with. Location is perfect for exploring the city, with ample options for dining etc nearby.
Good hotel with good people=Staff💙 Exstreem friendly, helpful and caring staff. Every employee is ready to help and positive. Positive, warming enviroment. Strongly recommend .💙💙💙
Stay at this hotel every-time I come to Copenhagen, as it is clean / lovely and perfect location for shopping etc… very reasonable price for such a nice hotel.
Good The overall stay was good. The breakfast price is unreasonable, so we didn’t book this from the hotel but used many great options in the city. We had a beautiful room for 3 days The corridors are very calm The room was very clean It's possible to rent a bike to explore the city of Copenhague. It's very funny !
I'm a fan. Budget accommodation next to Metro station. Parking and great lobby with workspace
Very comfy, clean and just enough space in the room. It is in a quiet area, with not a lot opened late. There is a bar in the hotel but it closes 10 pm, mid week, a bit later towards weekend. The staff were very helpful and nice. Close to the metro station for getting around the city.
It’s not cozy neither have it a feel of luxury. It was not that cheap either I think. It’s not for a romantic holiday and it’s situated in a, what I thought, a rather dull area. But on the other hand it was clean and felt fresh. The subway station is close and you get in to the city center in 15 min. If you need to stay a night on a business trip it does the job good I think.
Fine hotel, good location close to bus & train transportation. Nice moden hotel & rooms to a fair price. Breakfast incl. Good service.
Close to the Royal Arena, the Fields and the train station. Delicious breakfast buffet, but difficult to get to as there were many guests. Everything was nice and clean. Easy check-in and check-out.

Located in a converted 19th-century warehouse right on the waterfront (Havnegade), this charming hotel boasts one of the best harborside spots in Copenhagen
Efficient, well-priced room in a good location. Unfortunately, if you have two large suitcases, the room is very small and cramped. It is also has a very small bed for two adults. Amenities were fine for our purposes.  The biggest plus was it's in a good location for getting around downtown and seeing the sights.
Hotel services were great. We liked the bathroom floor was warm very much. Breakfast was an excellent choice. The bed was so cozy to sleep. Thank you.
Slight walk every where. Breakfast was good by European standards: small but sufficient range of good quality items. Not many cafes and restaurants nearby. The building next door is being refurbished so we had noise as we were facing it directly.
Hotel location is just awesome. Five minutes away from the main attraction Nyhavn but not exactly in the midst of the crowd. It is situated by the waterways and just about seven minutes away from the main metro station Kongens Nyrtov and is very easy to get to the airport on line M2. 71 Nyhavn is a wonderful hotel. The service is great and the staff made wonderful recommendations for restaurants and activities. Their breakfast is the best. It has lots of freshly made pastries, made to order eggs and omelets, fresh fruit, yogurt and homemade peanut butter and nutella. It is absolutely delicious. Location is awesome.
It's so beautiful to see the outside world from the room window😊
