Clean, smooth running hotel in good section of SD. Beds are comfy with nice views all over in Tallest building around. Breakfast is complete with many choices. Front desk and staff very pleasant.
Lots of spaces to relax. The food is good but you also have several restaurants in area to enjoy, even fast food. 5th floor pool and gym well maintained.
Elevator separates ground floor from hotel guests upstairs. Upstairs reception 5-7 pm has 2 free drinks. There are many new buildings under construction.
I visited art museum and old SD discovered by Columbus. Oldest church in the Americas is historic. Tres Ojos caves were cool.
Power in DR is a problem all over as lights flickered twice in a week. I walked several blocks and felt safe. Guards protect nearly every business especially banks.
You can only withdraw at atm pesos as no banks dispense US dollars. Just a heads up.

Unfortunately we had a disappointing experience staying at Embassy Suites in Santo Domingo. Although the listing mentions a kitchenette, our room had no cooktop, and when we raised this with the manager, Yelfri Santiago, he was dismissive and rude, stating that “the hotel complies with the chain’s audit.”
Despite multiple calls to the security, the noise from loud music continued until 5am on the night of Dec 31, which severely impacted our sleep. The swimming pool was cold. The rooms are outdated, small, and lack natural sunlight, making the stay less comfortable than expected.
On the positive side, the breakfast was decent. Overall, this property is not value for money and does not reflect the Hilton experience one would expect from other locations worldwide.

I went for the Christmas party.... 1st and last time... the enviornment was nice especially that my sister inlae turned it up.. the food... it wasnt all bad.. i spoke to the server that the whole hog with the rice inside was not good... I know since we cook up to 200 a year to resell in my family during holidays... the rice was not cooked all the way... there were some tasty food but at the end it was not worth it...

One of the best pools of any hotel I’ve ever been to with a lovely deck and bar area. Service was exquisite and the food was a lot better than expected. Rooms were large with all the amenities you’d expect from a Hilton property. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s pretty far from tourist areas, it took us over an hour to walk to the colonial zone. It’s on a busy local 4 lane road with fast food and an Applebee’s nearby. Even with the location not being great, I would def stay here again.

We had an incredible stay at this place. The room (suite) was super clean and comfortable, the service excellent, the breakfast as well as complimentary cocktail hour, just amazing!
We would not hesitate to highly recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay anywhere else if we return. Thank you!

The hotel was well located but was a little dated in terms of the rooms. But the rooms were very spacious as most are suites.

I don’t like leaving a bad review on any business but I had to this time. The Hotel is very clean and the rooms are very spacious! The staff is very helpful and nice! But If you are looking to get a good night rest do not stay here there is a club near by that plays extremely loud music all night long. very disappointed could not sleep or get any rest on vacation can not wait to leave and go home. Will never be back. BTW I am Dominican and love music but the loud music all night is ridiculous!!!!

The hotel is nice & clean inside. The pool overlooking the city is also nice. The only reason im giving 3 stars is because the service. I was at the pool for 2hrs and the waiter kept overlooking me not once asking if me or my child would like anything. I watched him service a group of men of a different color several times, again while acting as if I wasn't there. The crazy part is, he was the same color as me. I paid my money just like anyone else & its sad to come to a country for vacation & still have to deal with discrimination from your own people. Please do better! If you service one, service all!! Luckily they changed shifts eventually & there was a woman at the bar who was sweet & very attentive to our needs. I gave her a good tip because I appreciate good service!

Muy limpio y organizado, fui a comer ayer. El staff super eficiente. Luego hoy pase por pizzarelli a pie y con satisfaccion vi como limpiaban la tienda antes de abrir. Pizzarelli es la pizza de siempre para mi.

Love the place, food is good, the service is amazing, the place itself is on a good location, parking is available and extra parking is right next just across the street. Everything clean and neat, literally almost no waiting time for a table. Just love the place.

Food is delicious and so is the service, however even if you go in the middle of the week when it's not crowded, you don't find all the things you're looking for from the menu. I went today and they didn't have onion rings, strawberry juice, seasoned fries, sweet potato, etc. A pretty bad thing if you already have something in mind.

This place and their food is seriously addictive. I have no idea why this chain hasn’t found its way to the USA. Everything on the menu is absolutely delicious, but I’m convinced that they are serving the Yucca Mash & Maduro Power Bowl at the pearly gates because those two are HEAVENLY! I can say with no shame that I’ll be back in a few days...if not tomorrow.

This place is a middle Point between a polite restaurant and fast food. You will find typical standard restaurant chain food such as good steaks, burgers, fries, soda and a couple of spirit drinks.good enough to pass by for a quick lunch with family and friends.the environment not fancy but acceptable.
