Good location, limited parking, great service and attention. Nice pool with no heater but nice view. Good service at bar, good breakfast and the view of high level is amazing.

I spent over 3 months at this IHG hotel in Santo Domingo and I must say, for someone who travels, sometimes; this is one of the best city hotels I have ever been to because of their consistent great service. The GM Sebastian, Gabriela, the staff, Angelika, Melvin, Ariel, Juan Carlos, Diane the receptionist, Sergio, and the doormen and the spa receptionists. I am missing names, pardon. It is not just the marble floors and high tech amenities that make a hotel but it’s people and IHG Santo Domingo is one of the best I have experienced in the world because they are constantly great, even when it’s busy and stressful, they are great. Thank you for making my Dominican Republic experience lovely. Muchas gracias!

Nice hotel. Wouldn’t stay again. But it was nice. The restaurants and the bar on first floor are very elegant. The 3rd floor rooftop pool wraps around the building which is pretty cool.

Good area and spacious rooms. Don’t connect your Dyson in the rooms because electricity will get into protection mode and A/C won’t work.

Rooms don’t open so it’s impossible to get outside fresh air and change the one from inside the room.
The pool instead of being a quiet place where to relax it’s a disco with a DJ that blasts the music at very high volume. I asked to lower it a bit down. The people at the bar and the DJ rolled their eyes, lowered it for a minute and then they raised the volume once again.

Love this place. Location is fenomenal. It smells so good. Food is great. Rooms are amazing. Try the bathtubs. Fitten for a basketball player. Great restaurants. Amazing service. Great spa. Must visit. Great for staycations.

The Bed Are Not In Good Condition. Pillows Are Not Well, It Is Like If You Are Not Sleeping Using Pillow. Sheets Are Poorly. The Staffs, Some Of Them Looks Suspicious And They Are Very Sarcastics. I Think, That This Hotel Must Improve a Lot In Order To Charge People All That Money They Ask For a Night Stay.

This is a beautiful story that rests in love and timelessness. I have stayed in many Intercontinental’s and this one left me with a great experience that excite me.

I haven’t been this excited about a hotel in many years, the name lived up to the memories and I look forward to another stay.

The drinks are soft at best. ordered margarita but got a lime juice.
The food has improved i would hace given 4 stars but the bad service was way too slow (took 2 hours to get an appetizer and a hamburger)

Food is delicious, if you like spicy food and pasta you can have the "Chicken & Shrimp Diablo", it is worth the money. The waitresses are so friendly and gentle, however, you have to wait more than 30 minutes for the food, which is not viable if you only have 1 hour for lunch. I wouldn't recommend it for lunch if you have limited time to eat. The place is comfy and clean and so are the bathrooms.

Food was not good. Seems like the cooks in the kitchen weren’t trying very hard at all. Server and staff were friendly. Restaurant was nice. But dinner was bad. There are other restaurants in Acropolis center that are much better. Go to outback instead.

They need more waiters in here. They can barely assist and pay attention to your order, because they are working pretty fast in order to get to assist everyone. Plus, the taste of their pizza is not so great either. A good thing about this place is their frozens they are prepared pretty well.
