Rooms work but they can definitely be better, for the same price you can find better options near the location. Service is good and location is honestly priceless. Food is great, but pool should be cleaned more often, it always had lots of debris, insects and dirtiness, it had a strong chlorine smell.

This resort is perfect for family vacation, a very quiet place, kid-friendly you do not have to worry about safety everything are under control and it's perfect if you are traveling on budget.

This is my 3rd visit there and the hotel and area had improved 👌🏾 a lot. They are now working on expanding the pool and the building, so in the future, it will be much better it's close to a nice beach and has a restaurant on the property and in the area . I would recommend this place it's not a 5 star yet but will be in the future.

For the price you can not expect much with the facilities and confort. But a bit of maintenance and cleanliness would be great.

The size of the suites were amazing In the balcony was absolutely beautiful! I thought the property was nice, but not necessarily reflective of the price. A little further away from the beach than I thought. Breakfasts and meals were good. Grounds were well kept and enjoyable. Mattress was way too soft for my liking and probably my most negative experience. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

We booked this resort last minute as our other travel plans fell through. We couldn’t have asked for a better resort; from the service to the cleanliness, the food and the Oceans 4 golf course, we had a great time. This resort is only worth visiting for the beach and landscape, otherwise in terms of service, rooms and food it is a complete mess. It is messy, not refurbished, smelly, dirty and overall not taken care of. The space on the room was acceptable, the cable was really bad(it was not signal to see even the nationals canals), the pool was amazing (I must say it) and the beach not the big deal, about the kitchen's stuff: there was nothing to fire up, I had to go to "colmado" to buy matches. Very nice beach. I liked that there were a number of local folk who were enjoying the beach as well as tourist. Great sandy beach, with ample sitting areas (as long as you are eating or drinking from a nearby establishment). Water wasn't too rough the day that I was there.

I went for 10 days with my family. However my father is in a wheelchair and we had booked a handicap room. When we got to the room, it was the furthest thing from it. The room was old, falling a part and a below average sized room. the wheel chair couldn't even fit into the bathroom. So we called front desk, and they managed to find a new room. When we arrived at this new room, it was beautiful....

Very nice place. It’s secluded and you can use all pool facilities at any time which is a big plus. Great for kids and for families. There’s not much close by so you will need a vehicle staying here. They do offer a grocery luxury where they will get the things for you for a few of course.
