Very good family experience and not far from airport, or santo domingo for those that want to venture into the city, or bring your family over.... it is a good retreat for resting, the food is dominican, and it is in the best spot in the boca chica beach.

Clean, great food, amazing service, a lot of entertainment options, plenty of pool areas… I loved the stool under the pool with a swim up bar. People were super pleasant. We were there for a honey moon and they made it very special, the welcoming to our room!!

The staff are friendly and the pool and beach are clean. My room was large and comfortable and the food has been some of the best buffet style hotel food that I’ve had while visiting Santo Domingo. Unfortunately, the hotel seems fairly outdated and my bathroom was dark and needed repairs.

Yes the building is dated, but the staff is hospitable, the outside terrace and pool are well maintained, and the breakfast is wonderful with variety of selection. We decided to book another night due to our next location (strange communication and payment method), and will consider again for the price point in Santo Domingo and the Dominican Republic.

We needed a hotel to spend the night after a late arrival at the Santo Domingo airport. And everything was perfect. Check in at midnight without any problem and a delicious full Dominican breakfast in the morning. Decent rooms with air conditioning that could be regulated correctly. Recommended.

Rooms where clean. Kitchen was cleans. Bathroom was cleaned. The area is okay to walk around. There’s plenty tourists around. The beach is about 5 minutes walk. I have no complaints. I wish I could stay more because the apartment felt like home but I had to continue my trip.

Great Juneteenth stay The location of the stay was perfect, literally steps from the beach--we were thankful for that. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff is A-1. The only problem I can say there is with the place, is the size of the beds. If you're on the smaller side, you have nothing to worry about. But if you're on the bigger side and plan on sharing a bed, you better choose a bigger bed

The pictures show the hotel when it was first built. The guest receives all services offered they're just average quality. Unfortunately, the shower water was cold. For the price of the room, the quality of the hotel is average.

The hotel is very old. The photos on the website aren't accurate, and the rooms smell strongly of damp. Everything is very neglected and rusty... The other reviews saying you must go outside to the side to go to the restaurant/beach/pool is true so I might avoid the busy weekends. But overall the experience was great thanks to the friendly staff and good food + drinks at the restaurant. (Worth paying for vs all inclusive IMO) There is also staff watching over your things at the beach front when you’re swimming so it feels safe.
