Felt safe 100% of the time; with non overbearing security paroling all night. Huge thank you to the Resort Doctor for his professional 24h care - felt understood & taken care of by his team aswell

It was equally relaxing & also entertaining - enough space for kids to run wild and adults to relax in other secluded quiet areas. Food was great; every allergy tended to and taken seriously

Arrived at the dive centre to unexpectedly find that Extra Divers recently left the site of Akassia Swiss and Dive Club were now in residence… but I was not to be disappointed with the team

I’ve spent wonderful 14 days in Utopia! Best all-inclusive holidays ever! I hope I will come back one day! Pros: -staff is excellent, very helpful, smiling and kind -animation team is outstanding, all activities are fantastic(I love Aqua Gym and Dart) and evening shows were very entertaining (what a great dance shows!)

Emir, Mady and the rest of the team are very funny and caring and I really enjoyed participating in all activities they run -spending time at Palm pool bar was like being in paradise! Mohamed and Hazem working there are the nicest people on this planet, and drinks are just magnificent!! This was my favourite spot in the hotel, nice as not being crowded so I could rest, swim & enjoy best iced coffee...

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was good, and the staff were always helpful and friendly. The animators were fantastic – full of energy, engaging, and made the days and evenings really enjoyable

A big plus deserves service mainly waiters, especially Ahmed Samir and manager Ahmed bad Alfatahe who greeted us every day with a smile always helpful, really full professionalism please appreciate it because it really rarely happens

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere so expect to spend all the time at the hotel. Food selection and quality could be better but the fruits are excellent

I had a very nice, quiet, and relaxing stay. All the staff are friendly and always asked if everything was alright. There was a small issue with my reservation during check-in, but it was resolved well

However, what struck me was how they subtly nudged you into purchasing a trip to an outside beach whenever the flag was red… Overall at Flamenco Beach & Resort you will get good value for your money

You can walk straight into the sea and do a bit of snorkeling there, but when you enter via the pier, you're immediately immersed in the magnificent underwater world

What a beautiful house reef! There's also a good and friendly diving school at the hotel, offering snorkeling and diving both there and on the trip. They have excellent instructors who speak several languages

The Trip with Momo Was great, nice team and we saw turtles. The food was very good and the Crew was very friendly. It was a little bit windy but still we were able to snorkling.

I spent eight wonderful days at the hotel. The hotel complex is large, clean, has working Wi-Fi throughout the complex, and the food is good. Unfortunately, I had severe digestive problems (Pharaoh's revenge)

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Fantastic location, great staff, delicious food. A very intimate hotel next to a beautiful coral reef. There's also the opportunity to go on a real dive on-site

It's a great place for snorkeling, especially with Mohamed G. Mohamed guided us around the nearby reef, showing us its beauty, and describing the animals we encountered

He was an exceptional man whom we could always count on. We will return to this place if possible

The hotel have a great view, 10 km from Quseir, nice wide rooms, three levels, I booked a single room and added 500 extra for a balcony, pool are wide and clean, beach are rocky because of the coral reef but there is a walk way to jump for snorkeling and diving as it famous for, the sea life is great I saw many kinds of fish, restaurant are nice and food is okay, staff are smiling for me and cooperates...

Its a shame as in other countries for the same prices we got much higher quality in terms of food, rooms and especially WIFI conexion that is the worst i ever encountered in a hotel (check my other reviews you can notice that i travel quite a lot and know perfectly what i am talking about

I celebrated my birthday during my stay at the hotel. I was congratulated during dinner, given a cake, and the towels in the room were beautifully arranged in the shape of a swan. The cleaning staff doesn't do their job

The hotel is in a very quiet and idyllic location. The food and the reception are very natural. The hotel owner is exceptionally helpful and very friendly. The hotel has one of the most beautiful house reefs.

The food was okay, but I didn't feel satisfied or like I was enjoying the meal. Drinks included: cola, sprite, and water. The waiters were polite and friendly. A very beautiful place to relax and unwind

The bay is well sheltered from the wind and is probably one of the best spots in the region, as evidenced by the dive boats that stop there and the number of divers from outside the hotel who use the dive center, which is very well managed by a German diver and her Egyptian colleagues

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were here for a week and the animation team took great care of us the whole time. Shows at night was realy good it was realy funny all the time
