very nice place, a good number of pools, very nice service, bartenders very sociable, maybe the location is not the best but it could be worse, sandy beach, food in restaurants is good and there is a large selection, shopkeepers in front of the hotel are not the most pleasant

Emir, Mady and the rest of the team are very funny and caring and I really enjoyed participating in all activities they run -spending time at Palm pool bar was like being in paradise! Mohamed and Hazem working there are the nicest people on this planet, and drinks are just magnificent!! This was my favourite spot in the hotel, nice as not being crowded so I could rest, swim & enjoy best iced coffee...

I’ve spent wonderful 14 days in Utopia! Best all-inclusive holidays ever! I hope I will come back one day! The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms are very clean, and the staff are very friendly, especially with children. The animation team is also very funny; it's the first time I've seen an animation team so wonderful.

I definitely recommend water shoes, because there are corals everywhere, from the beach to the exit from the pier. For me, the hotel definitely deserves 5 stars

You can walk straight into the sea and do a bit of snorkeling there, but when you enter via the pier, you're immediately immersed in the magnificent underwater world

What a beautiful house reef! There's also a good and friendly diving school at the hotel, offering snorkeling and diving both there and on the trip. They have excellent instructors who speak several languages

While the resort doesn’t have a sandy beach, it more than makes up for it with an amazing coral reef right off the shore

Great trip with Momo to snorkel. We saw Nemo, 4 sea turtles and coral reef. Guys from diving center are professionals. Trip was easy and not stressful at all.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Fantastic location, great staff, delicious food. A very intimate hotel next to a beautiful coral reef. There's also the opportunity to go on a real dive on-site

It's a great place for snorkeling, especially with Mohamed G. Mohamed guided us around the nearby reef, showing us its beauty, and describing the animals we encountered

There were two beaches and a pier for swimming. It was a great spot for snorkeling and diving. It was very easy to swim, and we saw a lot of fish, as the hotel management keeps the area safe from fishermen

When I called, reception answered the phone, which turned out to be because the phone number on the nightstand in the room was incorrect. The beach is poorly maintained

I celebrated my birthday during my stay at the hotel. I was congratulated during dinner, given a cake, and the towels in the room were beautifully arranged in the shape of a swan. The cleaning staff doesn't do their job

Friendly staff! The complex is clean and well-maintained with various pools! Swimming in the sea is hardly possible for non-swimmers as the water level on this side of the reef is not very deep! The food and snacks at the pool bar and on the beach are very sparse and not very appealing! The selection of hot drinks is very small! The pool and beach bars could also stop offering their food during meal...

Also aktivities like stretching, dancing and playing volleyball with them was nice. We had a room with sea view and it was amazing. All staff was very friendly and nice to us

Within walking distance is a lagoon with magnificent corals, where you can swim even if the sea is more swell. The downside for tourists is that it is difficult to get to
