The resort and rooms are clean, spacious, and tidy.
The staff is friendly, and the entertainment team is very attentive and doesn't push you if you refuse to dance or play games by the pool or in the sea.
The food is lacking; it's often not very fresh or freshly prepared, and even the food is from the day before.
Be careful when exchanging currency.
When we arrived at the airport, we found the resort manager waiting for us with a total of €60.
Upon arrival at the resort, Tito asked us for €180, saying they had waited three hours longer for us (knowing full well our estimated arrival time at Marsa Alam airport).
Many don't accept ATMs, so you have to withdraw money from their ATMs in Egyptian dollars.
Be careful, as they often quote one price instead of another, thus ripping you off as to the actual price.
