my experience was extremely poor and far below acceptable standards. First, upon arrival, the reception was very unprofessional. We were made to wait for more than 3 hours before being allowed to check into our room, without any apology or even basic hospitality such as offering water during the wait. Second, when we were finally given a room, the staff seemed disorganized and unsure where to place us. Upon entering the room, we found the air conditioner was blowing hot air instead of cold. After turning it on and going to sleep, we woke up to find the bed covered with black stains coming from the AC unit, as if it was leaking dirt or oil, which clearly indicates it had not been cleaned at all. Third, the bathroom had a constant sewage smell throughout the day, which spread into the entire room. There was also a water leakage issue in the bathroom. When I reported these issues to the reception, the staff handled the situation unprofessionally. The receptionist denied that there was any problem with the AC, and when I asked to speak to the manager, I was told he would come in 10 minutes. However, no one followed up with me, and no action was taken. This reflects clear negligence and poor customer service. Finally, even the breakfast service was unacceptable. The buffet was supposed to open at 7:00 AM, yet when we arrived at 7:30 AM, we were told that the fruits were already finished with no refill available, which is unreasonable and unacceptable for hotel guests. التعليق: للأسف كانت من أسوأ تجاربي في الإقامة. عند وصولنا، كان الاستقبال سيئ جداً، واضطررنا للانتظار أكثر من 3 ساعات قبل استلام الغرفة بدون أي اعتذار أو حتى تقديم مياه. الغرفة كانت غير نظيفة إطلاقاً، والمكيف لا يعمل بشكل صحيح (يخرج هواء حار)، وبعد تشغيله تسبب في نزول أوساخ وبقع سوداء على السرير، مما يدل على أنه غير نظيف نهائياً. الحمام كانت رائحته مجاري قوية طوال الوقت، بالإضافة إلى وجود تسريب مياه، وكانت الرائحة منتشرة في كامل الغرفة. عند تقديم شكوى، لم يتم التعامل معنا باحترام، وتم تجاهل طلب مقابلة المدير، ولم يتم حل أي من المشاكل. حتى الإفطار كان سيئ التنظيم، حيث أن البوفيه لا يتم تعويضه، وعند الذهاب في وقت مبكر كانت الفواكه منتهية. الخلاصة: تجربة سيئة من جميع النواحي (نظافة، خدمة، تعامل)، ولا أنصح بالإقامة فيه إطلاقاً.
