Have been to soo many SPA retreats in Europe. This hotel truly offers an amazing range of saunas (regular ones, hot, mild, aroma, infrared, salt, steam), various pools and also an outside jacuzzi. In Pärnu this is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The spa is excellent with many saunas, pools, and an outdoor jacuzzi. Rooms are comfortable and clean, breakfast is varied and tasty, and the location is just a short walk to the beach. The hotel is located in a wonderful location, near the sea and a beautiful oak park. The spa is good, but there are a few minor issues. First of all, the pool itself is a bit unkempt, with a lot of sand on the bottom that somehow got there. Some of the massage tubs don't work. Furthermore, the air conditioning system works oddly, making the room uncomfortable. The bathrooms also need some work.

On 3rd floor of hotel for day passes for 3 hours sessions closes at 10pm. So clean and all on a chargeable watch. You can get drinks and pay whwn leaving so can leave everything in lockers. Location was goog, facilities partially at bit old

We enjoyed the property, proximity to the beach, and restaurant meal. We enjoyed the sauna centre, but found the front desk staff (for the sauna centre) to be rude. We otherwise enjoyed the peace and serenity if the sauna centre.

Not so happy about service and room wasnt clean.

Great stay Very pleased with our stay at Tervis, room was clean, comfy and warm, bed was super comfy, had a great sleep. Breakfast good, didn't get chance to use the pool or gym but looked great too. Will be back soon :)

Good place to stay for relaxing and spa. Very friendly hotel staff. We highly appreciated their kindness as we arrived at the wrong date but the staff managed to find a room for us. Simple but good food, spa with 4 different saunas and pool. Wife variety of spa procedures. Might be quite crowded during weekends.

Okay hotel with good rooms but spa is lacking. A bit cold and there is one super small area for kids. If you're travelling without a kid, it's fine. With a kid not so much even though there is a huge playground for them, so that kind of saves it.

Our room was very cold. The door to balcony was not able to close fully so there was cold coming in. Also at the SPA it could be warmer. At the moment you get out of pool you have to run not to freeze.

Stayed for a week on a business trip and it was a great experience. The room was cozy, breakfast was good with few options, and the spa was a perfect place to relax after long days. Would definitely recommend!

Amazingly kind stuff, but the spa, parking, breakfast and hotel overall was so overcrowded. It was really hard to find a place in the spa and looked for ages to find a seat during breakfast. Bed was comfy and view was nice as well. Would I go back? I don’t think so. Just felt so sorry that the administration was such high level and there were no other positive things about the hotel.

Comfortable staff. Room was basic but comfy and clean. We liked the spa/pool area - they have one large and one smaller pool . Together with a children pool , a jacuzzi and a cold tubs. Finnish sauna at 90 degrees , a 50 degree sauna ( I preferred the 90 degree and the other is quite Mild ) and a steam sauna . Breakfast was also nice similar to other Hestia hotels. Free parking just outside hotel.

Good location. We had asked for a children’s bed, but waited all evening for it to arrive. Spa was full on Saturday, breakfast very delicious.

In center of town, so can walk everywhere. Room was adequate, but bathroom small. Breakfast food normal. No restaurant in hotel, but plenty of choices in a block or two.

Great atmosphere! Rooms were nice and tidy. Not a difficult drive, easy located. Front desk friendly girls. Speaks both english and russian. No noise. Centrally located with convenient parking. The room was very large - I don't think I've ever stayed in a room this big. Since it was located on the street level, you could hear car and motorcycle noises quite clearly. Also, guests in the upstairs room were noisy. Otherwise a great stay. Located next to nice dining options for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We had a lovely room with windows on three sides. The air conditioning was helpful because it was hot. Great location.

Buyer beware! Yes, I knew I was getting a room that may often be difficult to book. Sure enough. I got a pretty small room with a window a few feet away from two of the cars in the parking area. So I had to keep my curtain closed.

This was a great hotel, the beds were truly separate, which was nice for a change as I’m traveling with my mom, not my husband, lol! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was spectacular! The dinner we ate at their restaurant was also absolutely top notch. Beautiful area next to a park and right between the old town shopping area and the beach.

The location is excellent, close to the beach. The facilities though would benefit from upgrade. For example. the extra bed for a child was like an old creaky camp bed.

Our overall experience was really good. Rooms were clean and nice, with a beautiful view. Everything was quite all right. Nothing too fancy, but wasn't expecting it to be. The odd thing about breakfast: there were no fruits. None whatsoever. And bacon was terrible, like in most hotels.

Bit tired,i mean the waterpark,while there is a kids pool for younger (3y) children, there's not much to do for them. If you gave kids over 5y then it's a place for you 👍

Excellent stop in Pärnu on a long journey. Business trip and overnight on the way to Poland. Great experience, hotel reception really nice and breakfast was too big, had to order in advance. Still really rich. I highly recommend for 1h trips. In winter season just order half breakfast, that's enough.

Since we stayed after Christmas, there were no other guests and the hotel and the town were quiet. We were a little worried because we had to decide the breakfast time and main menu when we checked in, but we had a freshly made omelette and bacon! It was an old-fashioned hotel, but it had a great atmosphere and we had a great stay.

We were very pleased with our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful hotel ; excellent restaurant Raimond - truly a Michelin star level- nice spa - easy access to the beach and town center. Only one negative point, not relevant to the hotel though : teenagers playing/wasting time noisily with their motorcycles next to the hotel parking.

The hotel could really stand out if the staff showed more motivation and a genuine desire to provide good service. It feels like the guest experience just isn’t a priority.

Trip.com , you betrayed us, until now you were always about euro 10 cheaper. This time, I did not even crosscheck with other apps ; and I booked. At the same time afterwards I checked on booking and I paid euro 20 more per night. Lesson learned : never trust anyone, do your homework before buying

Good hotel but bad room design Hotel is excellent but family room was badly designed. The bathroom had a window to the bedroom. Toilet light wakes up the whole family. Room shape is just a rectangle with no wall etc to separate kids bed from adults. Restaurant is great.

Nice hotel in a good location. Rooms are nothing special, but they are clean and quite cheap so i cannot complain. Breakfast buffet was on a smaller side, but otherwise fine. Location is good. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the center of town and like 20 minutes to the beach.

This place is in the trees and just 100 meters away from the sea. We was there in August and was windy day and night! Nice place to relax and enjoy the nature. The building is quite old but we'll maintained. The breakfast was okay.

We had a good stay at Leppanina Hotel during our trip. It was a peaceful and comfortable stop along the way. The highlight was definitely the morning buffet breakfast—fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. The location is beautiful, and overall we really enjoyed our time here. Would happily stay again!

I would like give a 5 stars, but I can't. Hotel is wonderful located just by the sea. You can see sea from your room, restaurant and outdoor bar. There is also swimming pool and private going to the beach. Room is big, bed is very comfortable. But room decoration is old fashioned, bathroom is old and needs refreshing. Wonderful and relaxing seaside environment. Beautiful even with bad weather. Hotel room was modest in style but spacious and really comfortable. My room had also nice balcony with beautyful sea and back yard view. Breakfast was delicious at boufet table.

Ambitious small hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was decent but not super. For instance scrambled eggs or fried eggs were substituted by the ubiquitous wholesale egg mass poured in a pan. Rooms were somewhat crampy with too much furniture. But the general impression was good and it is near the beach.

Elegantly designed modern apartment hotel.

There is neither a cabinet nor bedside tables. All your stuff are scattered and messed up on the windowsill. Very small bathroom, no hairdryer. There is no reception, impossible to ask for missing items. There is no trash bin cleaning and room cleaning as well.

On the 3rd floor there is a great eyelash technician I visit 😉

I cannot say anything bad about this hotel because it is really affordable and in the very center of old town. Offcourse there was loud party just under our window but hey...it was sunday early morning and summertime...so we werent complaining. Wee needed room for sleeping and taking a shower and those things were covered. Sheets were clean towels we got... jeah the furniture was bit tired but room...
