Lovely hotel! The location is convenient, right by the train station and a mere 10 mn walk to downtown. The renovation is nice, rooms are comfortable and have charm. The staff was very helpful, cheerful and competent.

Super convenient if travelling from Beaune to Nuits Saint Georges- everything manageable without a car. The staff were absolutely first rate- very friendly and professional.

This very nice hotel is directly across from the train station. It's a pleasant 10-minute walk to the city center. It's absolutely perfect if you are arriving or departing by train. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the room is clean and comfortable.

Could not be closer to the train station. Finding a place for dinner in the of season is a challenge. Staff was wonderful.

I do not recommend. I have contacted this hotel three times to refund my deposit. When making the reservation back in July, I received an email confirmation stating that the reservation was 100% cancellable (free cancellation) untill October 16=5, 2025. I cancelled my reservation on July 25, 2025, and have still not received my refund. On top of that, I have contacted this hotel three times and have not even had the courtesy of a return reply. This is not how you do business, period, yet alone in 2025. The lack of any response from this establishment is outright rude. Beware when making your reservation that the owners of this establishment know nothing about customer service and will not refund your money.

Excellent hotel in Beaune. I was very happy with my stay and would consider staying here again when in Beaune.

Excellent restaurant.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Comfortable and large rooms.
Quiet.
AC in rooms.
Reasonable rates.
Considerations:
No elevator.

Rooms are dark due to navy paint and low lumen lighting.

A sleep over in Beaune
Hotel was OK , it is aging and needs small repairs. The bed was the actually great, big and comfortable. Pity about the sleeper couch that was opened made up - it really got in the way, as the lower room is small. We did not need the sleeper couch.
It was great to have scrambled egg for breakfast!!

Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. It’s an older hotel so no lift and my room only had a door leading out to a common patio which you needed to lock/unlock with a key.

Amazing staff, location and menu! The director and waiter of the place, Dimitri, was so nice to us, helping us with taxis & recommendations & just generally keen to help us have a better stay in the area! And the food and wine was also amazing, I recommend the Chablis and their mains!
