Good location, good food, good service, clean

Wonderful and spacious hotel right by the Tourist office and walking distance to the main shopping area. Wide selection of teas available 24/7 at the dining area. Buffet breakfast is delicious and coffee is good.

There is no breakfast in Ctrip, but the hotel has free breakfast and afternoon tea. There is an underground parking lot for parking. I stayed for three nights and it was not bad.

Compared to Spain, this price in France is OK. But I still think it's a bit expensive. Opposite is an exhibition hall, which is quite beautiful when you look through the window. Breakfast is mainly French standard, baguette, drinks, milk, etc.

Great for families. Play area in reception. Small gift for children on arrival. Great location close to the centre of town. Fresh donuts at breakfast were a hit with the kids. Family room with queen bed and double sofa. Separate toilet and bath. Cosy warm. 12 euro to park our bikes downstairs.

Very disappointed. This hotel is not to the usual IBIS standard. Reopening after COVID has clearly not been easy for them.
Shower flooded, room not clean, air conditioning sounds like a train and parking, for which I paid extra, was too difficult to get out of. I think automatic gate failed.
A disappointing trip and any stars given are for the staff who were grand.
