It's a nice little hotel, good for the one night stay I used it for. The only comment I'd make is that charging 4€ for the carpark when there's space in the property feels a bit off. It could be included in the price of the room.

Great location for an overnight stop en route. Easy walk into the centre of Beaune for dinner. Unexpectedly good breakfast.

First, the rooms are very small yet clean. However, if your a senior there's no elevator and ask to be on the 1st floor. The Breakfast is expensive and not worth it. The grounds need work. We found the staff not helpful or friendly.

We stayed overnight to break up our journey from St Tropez to Calais with a 2 year old and 10 month old. Staff were welcoming and helpful, suggesting places to eat in Beaune for the evening. We followed their recommendation and had a lovely meal! Hotel was clean and tidy. Bed comfortable and the travel cots provided for babies clean, with safe mattresses (firm and well fitting the cots). The hotel is on the outskirts of Beaune, but a nice short walk into Beaune after a day in the car. It’s close by to a Pharmacy and supermarkets.

A difficult review to make because there are positives and negatives which do not relate to one another. The hotel was scrupulously clean, well decorated and tidy but somehow it just seemed to “ miss it”. Space had been maximised to allow for a good number of guests with the net result that the rooms were small and compact. Our bathroom has smallish shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet leaving enough space for one person. The breakfast was a croissant, a piece of bread with ham and cheese, yoghurts and cereals. We had a takeaway pizza one evening which we ate in the garden area. We bought a bottle of wine from reception and glasses were provided. It was fine but somehow, just somehow, it missed the mark but I don’t know why.

The property was clean and comfortable, good value for money, we had a very good experience until we lost our key. The owner was rude and unhelpful, he insisted we paid 300 Euro to have the lock changed on the door, apparently they had only one key to the room which was not true as he opened the door with a key to let us in the night we lost our key. It was a very upsetting experience and I would never stay here again. Definitely would not recommend. Owner is a poor ambassador for the French Tourism Industry

Bad choice: the AC in the room resembles a jet engine, while opening windows results in the noise from the nearby junction in your room at 5:30 am. Overall the hotel is dated and most facilities are worn, requiring fixing or adjustment. There are many other places to stay around - avoid this one.
