Dirty bathroom, hair in the shower, mold in the bathtub, large accumulation of urine on the ventilation system, stains on the ceiling and walls, dead insects on the ceiling, stains on the carpet, broken door.
Noisy apartment with construction work outside.
Service was first class and the staff proffesdional and polite. 👍
On the positive side, it must be said that in the room there are all the accessories, even if the fridge was completely empty, without even a small bottle of water.
Reception and breakfast area felt fresh, modern and welcoming.
Most other parts of the hotel such as the doorways/corridors and pool area needs refurbishment.
The pool area has a lot of potential but sun loungers and especially the decking around the pool needs to be changed. The pool itself would need a good scrub as well..
There is a lot of noise from the traffic on the mainroad outside the hotel so perhaps it would be a good idea to have some kind of lounge music playing in the pool area.
The room was small for 2 adults and 2 children but, the bed was super comfortable and the sofabed as well.
Nice touch with complimentary minibar.
Bathroom and toilet super small but beautiful to have Nuxe products available.
Strangely for being in tbe South of France, the balcony felt very unfinished and no effort at all to make it look a bit more inviting.
Breakfast buffé super good as well so all in all, a good night stay and the potential is there to make it feel so much more value for money and to make guests want to stay longer or, to come back again.
