It was a nice experience for a 1 night stay at Atrium CDG. The Check in process was good, and we were provided our rooms slightly. I have to give a shout-out to Trip.com. The hotel I originally booked got canceled due to a strike, and Trip.com covered the price difference for me to rebook. I chose this Mercure to catch my flight. The bed was really comfortable, the location was super close to the airport, and it wasn't noisy at all.

Excellent proximity to the airport: 5 minutes by CDG plus 5 minutes on foot. The room was well equipped and clean, the bed and chairs comfortable. Big window overlooking the taxiways and tarmacs, and insulated from the noise of the airplanes. The room was great, but there was one front desk staff member who had terrible service. They hung up on me and couldn't clearly explain where the pick-up shuttle was, leaving guests to find it themselves.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied. The location is excellent with a wide variety of dining options nearby. The room hygiene was impeccable, and the bedding was clean and comfortable, ensuring a high-quality sleep. What particularly stood out was the efficient and polite front desk check-in, and the prompt room service. The shower had excellent water pressure and stable hot water.

Super convenient for a layover! Just take the airport train to PX, then follow the covered walkway for about 5 minutes to reach the hotel. The service here is absolutely amazing; they held onto my headphones from my stay last week, and I was able to pick them up during this layover.

Just for a one-night stay, this is an OK hotel. The service was good, but the breakfast was not so great. This was my third hotel in France this year, and all of the breakfasts have been disappointing.

The hotel is quite convenient. After exiting the internal airport line at Px Airport, it's about a 5-6 minute walk to reach it, and some parts of the path are uncovered, so you might get wet if it rains. However, the hotel suddenly had no hot water without any prior notice. I had a wonderful one night stay at the Sheraton airport. Manisha Bhatia welcomed me with kindness. The room was great. Buffet breakfast was nice. The warm chocolate croissant was excellent. Ironically, Manisha checked me in and checked me out. She needs a day off! I checked in at 11:45 pm and checked out at 6:30 am.

Had a great visit at this hotel. The location is great in terminal 2 and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The train station on the lower level is great also. I mainly booked this hotel for its excellent location. The free monorail is super convenient for getting to the terminal. However, for almost 1400 (including breakfast for two), the room was basically budget hotel quality and didn't even have a kettle 😭😭😭.
