The room was great, but there was one front desk staff member who had terrible service. They hung up on me and couldn't clearly explain where the pick-up shuttle was, leaving guests to find it themselves.

How should I put it? This Hilton is located within the airport, and because it was built quite a while ago, the facilities are a bit old-fashioned. However, I only stayed here to catch an early flight the next morning, and overall, it was pretty good. It was a nice experience for a 1 night stay at Atrium CDG. The Check in process was good, and we were provided our rooms slightly. There was no restaurants available at the hotel after 10pm, so we needed to order for a delivery. I have to give a shout-out to Trip.com. The hotel I originally booked got canceled due to a strike, and Trip.com covered the price difference for me to rebook. I chose this Mercure to catch my flight. The bed was really comfortable, the location was super close to the airport, and it wasn't noisy at all.

Excellent proximity to the airport: 5 minutes by CDG plus 5 minutes on foot. The room was well equipped and clean, the bed and chairs comfortable. Big window overlooking the taxiways and tarmacs, and insulated from the noise of the airplanes. Super convenient for a layover! Just take the airport train to PX, then follow the covered walkway for about 5 minutes to reach the hotel. The service here is absolutely amazing; they held onto my headphones from my stay last week, and I was able to pick them up during this layover.

Just for a one-night stay, this is an OK hotel. The service was good, but the breakfast was not so great. This was my third hotel in France this year, and all of the breakfasts have been disappointing.

After exiting the internal airport line at Px Airport, it's about a 5-6 minute walk to reach it, and some parts of the path are uncovered, so you might get wet if it rains. I mainly booked this hotel for its excellent location. The free monorail is super convenient for getting to the terminal. However, for almost 1400 (including breakfast for two), the room was basically budget hotel quality and didn't even have a kettle 😭😭😭.
