Mercure Paris CDG Airport in Roissy

Checkin and checkout is easy. The room was spacious for one person over night. However, there was paper fragments on the bed sheet. That didn’t bother me too much anyway. Still satisfied with the whole experience.

Excellent stay. The check-in is smooth and managed to get a nice hotel room with a good view.

I have to give a shout-out to Trip.com. The hotel I originally booked got canceled due to a strike, and Trip.com covered the price difference for me to rebook. I chose this Mercure to catch my flight. The bed was really comfortable, the location was super close to the airport, and it wasn't noisy at all.

Excellent proximity to the airport: 5 minutes by CDG plus 5 minutes on foot. The room was well equipped and clean, the bed and chairs comfortable. Big window overlooking the taxiways and tarmacs, and insulated from the noise of the airplanes. The bistro has a very good choice of foods and snacks at good prices, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff were attentive and helpful.

The hotel is very near the airport. It's only about a 5 to 7 minute walk after you get off the shuttle train when we arrived. It was midnight but the staff at the front desk counter were very friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was very smooth. We only stayed there for one night, but the room was very clean, pristine and comfortable. It was really exactly what we needed after such a long flight. We paid €20 per person for the breakfast and that was the best hotel breakfast we've had for our entire trip in France because the spread was very good and all of the food was really delicious. I would highly recommend staying here. 

Airport hotels tend to be expensive, with overpriced restaurants. Not so, here. The Mercure is an older hotel but has reasonably sized standard rooms, recently renovated. A bar fridge and some water, was provided. All clean, all well insulated & soundproofed with a view of the runway. The hotel does not supply shampoo. The ”all in one” shower liquid is NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR HAIR SHAMPOO and a 4 star hotel should supply appropriate products. Reception, bar and restaurant staff were excellent. Really nice people! Food prices were on par with the other 3 competitors in the precinct (that is, a bit pricy as it’s the airport district) but the Mercure quality is superior. We thoroughly enjoyed the Red Label chicken supreme with echalotte sauce served on top of some thin, fresh mushroom agnelloti, served with confit carrot and a mix of fresh mushrooms. Couldn’t fault it. Other dishes looked good too. The organic Cotes de Rhone red was reasonably priced and of excellent quality. A pity the wine list is nowhere to be found until you enter the restaurant: either at the hotel or online. It almost stopped us from dining there! One final thing: there are no instructions about how to get from the terminals to the hotel, apart from saying it’s a walk. There’s actually a clearly marked undercover walkway from the Parking K shuttle stop, but this is not visible on Google Maps and no one mentions it. Perhaps the hotel could include this on their page. We spent at least half an hour trying to work out a route in advance, to avoid roads, but it was totally unnecessary. To sum up: it’s a hotel and restaurant we would patronise again when we need to stay at CDG for an early flight.

Very good location at the airport. The team is extremely nice and helpful, bravo to them special thanks to the lady at reception for giving me a quiet room i had a great sleep ( unfortunately did not get her name ). The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is good, a pretty good variety of food, great tea and good coffee. The restaurant is good tried it every time I stayed here and they do a good job from service to cuisine.
