I misunderstood the distance to airport but still not a long ride. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our flight was at 0700 and unfortunately the shuttle service starts late at 0615 so unable to use. My only request would be that shuttle begins at 0500.

It was a nice experience for a 1 night stay at Atrium CDG. The Check in process was good, and we were provided our rooms slightly. There was no restaurants available at the hotel after 10pm, so we needed to order for a delivery. The rooms were wide and tidy, and the Lounge atmosphere was outstanding with the highly dome ceiling.

I had a free 3-night stay at any Hyatt worldwide, through a Hyatt promotion, and it happened to line up with a family vacation we took in Europe. My wife and I were able to get a weekend away in Paris. The hotel was good. We didn't do much more in the hotel than check in. We spent most of our time in Paris. But the room was great, very comfortable, and plenty of space. We thought the hotel being located right by the airport would be convenient with taxis going in and out of the airport. But, when we got off the train from Paris after 10 PM, there wasn't even a taxi available to take us to the hotel.

Disappointing hotel all around. The room was hot with little air flow and no control over the air temperature. The hotel overall does not seem very clean with lots of carpet stains and scuffs on the walls. The waiter at the restaurant was not very kind or knowledgeable about the menu. The only good thing about this hotel is that it’s close to the airport.

We were treated very well by the hotel.
They packed us lovely breakfast to go as our flight was very early and we would miss breakfast.
The manager is very helpful and hospitable.
They even arranged a luxury taxi for us to go to the airport.
We are globalist status with Hyatt, this Hyatt treated us exceptionally and we felt they have really done more for our status to make our stay special. If you need a nearby stay by the airport, it is a good choice (we also stayed with the other Hyatt Paris by the airport - this one is overall better service and more quiet) Merci

I’m giving this 5 star review because of the wonderful customer service. We had a layover here on our way to and from the Maldives. The team at this hotel were all phenomenal, especially Sebastian. He upgraded us upon arrival to one of their top suites which was excellent. When we got to the hotel, he informed us that he had made dinner reservations for us at a nearby restaurant (as requested) and had called a taxi since we were running late. He is absolutely incredible and made our short experience so comfortable. Extremely grateful for that level of customer care.

1 star is for the friendly and helpful reception staff if it wasn't for this the rating would be zero. The hotel rooms are old, very tired and not well equipped. We had a suite, which was huge and the bed was comfy but that was the end of the positive. The bathroom was tired and poorly maintained, there was no hot water, or it was intermittent, the shower kept going from boiling hot to freezing cold. The heating system didn't work and when we turned it up it smelled of burning so we turned it off fortunately there was a plug in heater. There was a kettle and coffee machine but no tea and no cups, well there were 2 dirty expresso cups. I asked for these to be changed and some clean cups and glasses to be provided. That was obviously a request too much as it never happened. Instead I got some paper cups. The room service menu was limited nothing for people with dietary restrictions nothing vegetarian and nothing for children. I went to the restaurant to ask if they could cater for a vegetarian and 2 kids I was told no, go elsewhere. We had access to the club lounge, a sad affair no staff, dirty tables and half stocked fridge. All in all a pretty terrible experience. Oh and the airport shuttle has strange operating hours only morning and evening. As a very basic you expect a hotel to have hot running water...oh and one last thing breakfast at the restaurant not great there were mouldy tomatoes at the salad bar...

Nice hotel. Parking available on site. Convenient shuttle bus to the airport. The club lounge area was nice with cheese assortments and wine. The room did take a long time to get warm but didn’t take that away from the great service and clean room. The tub was huge enough for two people to fit comfortably even though it was just me. The complimentary breakfast was small with bread, fruit, juice and coffee. The lobby area of the hotel is beautiful. There was one English Channel I found on the TV. Be sure to check alarm clocks from previous stays. Woke up twice from two different alarms. Ordered dinner downstairs..good food and drinks

We like Hyatt Regency's and use them at airport's and some city centers, typically for conventions. The front desk staff was excellent at this hotel on check I. And check out. And they helped us with our bags to the room, despite no bellmen. Kudos to the night bellman. A+
The bar was doing restaurant duty, but they had some training issues in terms of their menus. You should know what you offer. B-
The hotel is showing signs of wear, but the room was clean and comfortable. C
Sadly, the first impression that we had was of the hotel airport shuttle. We called the hotel at the airport platform. They said the driver was about to leave, 5 minutes. When they arrived a pushy couple jumped in front and as a result 2 of our 4 people, including me, were left at the airport. A 40 minute wait for the next shuttle. F for failing miserably.
The next morning we were first in line for the shuttle. Another couple was being pushy. The small van was not loaded well and as a result did not handle us both. They were livid. They needed to get there now. I blame this issue partly on the driver for improperly loading, but mostly on the management. Their failure to procure an adequate vehicle, or 2 of them. 8 people at a time does cut it. Especially when you are running one van. F again.
CoVid may have you operating at reduced capacity, but poor service and planning will cost you customers.
RECOMMENDATION: I WOULD NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. They need time to get their PRIORITIES STRAIGHT. I.E. MORE VAN DRIVERS AND BIGGER VANS.

I will admit that the scheduled décor and electronics update is badly needed, but it is coming. So the 5/5 is marginally made and balanced by the other positives especially how peaceful it is pre-airport departure. A manager asked me to opine directly because I am long-time with Hyatt. I honestly gave the feedback and accept all updates come when they may. Hyatt loyalty and the service, tranquility and airport proximity make this our final night stay before returning to US. The World of Hyatt program is always recognized and rewarded here. it is always a peaceful stay before a too early wake up call to go to North America.
