Sheraton Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport Hotel in Roissy

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a great experience. The staff was incredible, specifically Manisha Bhatia (front desk supervisor) for her help upon arrival and Amelie for her assistance today. As a Platinum guest, I truly appreciated the awesome pastry in my room along with the robe and slippers.
The Bonvoy Lounge food selection is top-notch. They offer a spread of excellent cheeses (Brie, Camembert, goat cheese), great pâtés, ham, and high-quality salads and sandwiches.
However, the wine selection in the lounge does not match the high quality of the food. The red wine (Château de Javernand) is respectable, but the white wine is a very generic, mass-produced IGP Côtes de Gascogne (Orby). For a prestigious French location, the lounge should be offering better terroir-driven wines, especially considering the room service menu features excellent AOP options like Sancerre and Pouilly Fuissé.
I hope management upgrades the white wine to match the otherwise excellent lounge experience.

I had a wonderful one night stay at the Sheraton airport. Manisha Bhatia welcomed me with kindness. The room was great. Buffet breakfast was nice. The warm chocolate croissant was excellent. Ironically, Manisha checked me in and checked me out. She needs a day off! I checked in at 11:45 pm and checked out at 6:30 am.

Amazing place, great accommodations and the lounge was wonderful as well. Got so much done in my stay. I was greeted by Amine who shared with me the specials, and recommended the avocado toast and the Red Velvet cocktail of the month which were delicious! Perfect place to stay, convenient, amazing service and ambiance. Well designed, you would never guess it’s right in the center of the airport! Minocorn was more than pleased!

Had a great visit at this hotel. The location is great in terminal 2 and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The train station on the lower level is great also. The staff are very friendly and food was great at both the restaurant and lounge. The room is spacious and comfortable. Definitely look forward to a return stay.

The room was a bit small, but the environment was pretty good and the service was decent. The best part is its proximity to the airport, which saved us the hassle of lugging our luggage around. There's hot water available in the lobby, and the picture in the middle shows where it is.

Efficient, fast check-in. Close to the airport as I needed. Clean room, nice bathroom area. Does the job for a night before an early flight or after one that arrived late.

the hotel is right next to the airport, so it is very ideal for layovers. the room is on the smaller side, but i guess that’s normal for an airport hotel. the room is clean!

The location is fantastic, right next to Terminal 3, making transportation super convenient. The 350 and 351 buses stop right outside the hotel, taking you directly to the station. There are plenty of dining options, a Starbucks, and a supermarket nearby. Plus, the lobby offers hot and cold water dispensers.

Since I had an 11 AM flight and needed to process a tax refund beforehand, I stayed at a hotel near the airport for a night. I visited terminals T1, T2, and T3 at Charles de Gaulle, and then frantically did some last-minute shopping at the airport's duty-free pharmacy. After packing my bags that night, I went to bed early. The next day, I left at 7:30 AM, and after completing the tax refund, I arrived at my gate just in time. If I had departed from the city, I probably would've had to leave by 6 AM. Security checks and tax refund lines at Paris CDG are always very long, so I recommend arriving at the airport at least 4 hours early.

Facilities: Whether you're staying at an airport hotel or one nearby, transportation to and from the terminals is generally free. For on-site airport hotels, you can use the CDGVal shuttle train, while off-site hotels usually provide their own shuttle buses. Make sure to confirm the shuttle schedule and pick-up points with the hotel front desk.

Environment: Ibis Paris CDG Airport: This is a classic choice. It's perfectly located, just a few dozen meters' walk from Terminal 3. The rooms are clean, the lobby lighting is pleasant, and there's a supermarket and restaurants nearby to cover your basic needs.
