TV kept turning itself on at 3 in the morning

I agree with users who refer to the small size and discomfort of some rooms. It is evident that the managers of this accommodation are not honest when it comes to reporting the characteristics of the rooms. They speak of two heights, but do not specify that the steps are very steep and uncomfortable to go up and down due to lack of space. Nor do they refer to the views. Our room faced an alley with old and abandoned houses, when opening the windows the smell was very unpleasant.
Instead, the women who take care of cleaning do a great job. The room was very clean, but with the smell coming from outside, it gave the impression that hygiene was lacking.
The best thing about the hotel is the location, right in the center and they provide parking, which is appreciated.
I recommend that when you make a reservation, make sure that the room is not one of those facing the alley because in that case, the price is very high, even though the hotel is in the center. When you go back to the accommodation, there is no comfort at all.

This could have been a nice stay if it hadn't been for the TV that switched on at 3 AM with a "welcome" message, rudely waking us up in the middle of the night. After turning it off it activated itself again after a few minutes. I killed the thing finally by unplugging it, which required climbing up a chair and locating the plug on top of a cupboard. Needless to say, we were widely awake after that and did not sleep well the rest of the night. What made it worse was the casual reaction of the person at the reception the next morning, who did not offer an apology and whose only comment was that they needed to reprogram it. Wifi was also out, something that was blamed on the "thunderstorms."
