Gorgeous boutique hotel with stunning restaurant. A meal fit for the Gods. Can't wait to go back.

The hotel is good, great location, staff were good, has private parking, a private pool… We had a good stay no 5 stars just as it had not got that extra “je ne sais quoi” that extra more/special but we would happily stay here again

A nicely renovated property which is convenient to walk into the main town centre/ harbour it is looking a bit tired in the rooms and small bathroom ecvn in an upgraded sea view room.

Staff are very friendly and helpful and the housekeeping work really hard to keep the rooms cleaned daily.

Road is a bit noisy but calms down at certain times in the evening. As a very light sleeper I had a good night sleep over 7 days and that was good as it was a bank holiday in Calvi and the height of August.

Breakfast looked good although 30 euros per person we found a bit expensive so ate out every day over the week we stayed as local food places nearby.

The menu is a bit limited to just a la carte whereas if they had another option we would have eaten at the hotel rather than go out every night.

There was no garden space for a 5 * hotel but it did have a small pool and lounge areas.

Overall as it was a special celebration that we stayed for a week, we had a lovely time after an initial hiccup but very expensive for the room we had ( Sea view upgrade).

We thought the hotel to be more of 4* for the area and building not 5*.

Beuatiful building with a lovely pool area and some pretty funky art in the common areas. Unfortunately the aircon in all our rooms hardly worked at all which is no great when there is a heatwave. Also bathrooms are absolutely tiny, Rooms themselves are a decent size. Staff were excellent with really great service.

Grant location and a superb pool. Great breakfasts and very accommodating staff. ESPECIALLY KELLY ON THE BRAKFAST CREW. wonderful attitude and approachable with a good sense of humor. Rooms very comfortable with slippers and dressing gowns. A great conversion of an historic building

Delightful staff, made to feel very welcome. Unfortunately we did not get the specification of room we thought we had booked. Poor communication between ******* and the Hotel?

This is a very charming boutique hotel, with a very nice restaurant too. The staff were all amazing, wonderful, helpful people. Can't wait to go back.

My wife and I had a relaxing three night stay in this hotel, which was converted from an abbey. Our room was an adequate size and the bathroom is excellent, with a walk-in shower. The wi-fi was very good. There is a fridge and a safe. The view from our window was superb. I have mobility problems and use a walking stick, but I had no issues here – surfaces are flat and even, and I found it easy to walk down an incline to the nearby village and its numerous shops and restaurants, plus supermarket. The staircases have handrails and are easy to negotiate or you can use the lift. There is a pleasant bar are to relax in. Probably my main complaint would be the rather limited breakfast offerings, especially as I am a vegetarian. There were no nuts or greens on offer, and no egg service beyond self-cooked boiled ones. Our found the staff very friendly and helpful, especially with some cold-storage bags which needed to be keep frozen for the sake of my eyedrops.

Hotel l’ Abbaye is a place I would love to revisit. It's conveniently located just 5 minutes away from both the city center and the beach of Calvi. The hotel staff is always smiley, kind, and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout our stay. The rooms and the entire facility are clean and nicely furnished and designed. The continental breakfast is fresh and delicious. The lovely terrace is perfect for enjoying a cocktail, and we had a fantastic time around the pool too.
