Both the room and the location were excellent. The breakfast was a bit different, but everything they offered was tasty.

The hotel was in a good location. However, one thing I found odd was that the minibar was empty, and we were required to pay a deposit that they wanted to charge to our credit card.

Good stopover hotel, nice well appointed rooms. Secure underground parking (€15) or free outside (not secure). Suggest skip breakfast at the hotel, spread is good but so-so quality. Didn’t dine in restaurant so can’t comment.

It's the second time I stayed there, and I really find it magical. It's located in the center of Mulhouse, the decoration and vibe is art deco 20-30s + super American Christmas deco. Missed our train connection We missed our connection and needed a room for one night. The staff were very accomodating, room was nicely appointed. Near a large park and nice restaurants. Highly recommended.

The hotel could do with a little updating on a few small details, but overall it's magnificent, with tasteful decor, perfect staff, and a fabulous breakfast. One small drawback: the piano bar is closed on Sunday evenings, the only night I was there, and I couldn't access the terrace even to smoke, as I was forced to smoke in front of the entrance.

We had a pleasant stay, but were very surprised to find scaffolding on our balcony, which took up most of the space and prevented us from fully enjoying it. We would have appreciated being informed in advance… frankly, it's quite scandalous for a 4-star hotel…

Fantastic place, wonderful staff (very hardworking). I cannot think of anything bad about the place. The room was spacious and quite clean. Because it's an older hotel, the decor was a bit dated, but overall it was nice. The breakfast was much better than other hotels in the same price range in Paris. Overall, the President Hotel offers good value for money.

Large family room, large bathroom with all comfort. Also the restaurant was good. Room price is very reasonable. What to say, unfortunately we stopped only one night.

I checked in late at night and had to check out early the next morning to catch the first train, which I'm sure was a hassle for the staff, but they handled it gracefully. The room was clean, and there were two oil heaters, so there were no issues with warmth. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but certainly manageable. If I ever visit this area again, I'd definitely consider staying here.

The hotel is well located, but unfortunately, the two rooms we had are not in a condition to accommodate travelers permanently (it's a health hazard). The hotel's location was incredibly central, which we really appreciated. Our towels were changed daily, but there were no slippers in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. We didn't like the air conditioning because the fuse box we had to use to turn it on and off seemed very dangerous, so we never used it. Instead, they provided an extra heater which kept us warm. Very nice hotel right in the city center. Timothee is super kind. The rooms are a bit dated and the heating needs to be looked at, as it's not very efficient. Breakfast was okay, and the Marecheux parking, with direct access to the hotel, offers great rates.

The location is really great and the room view is superb.

Hotel is on very good location, with very helpfull staff. We are couple and we wanted one large bed but we get a two singles bed joined together and that was uncomfortable. Except that everything was good.

Centrally located. Was easy to find. Great that there was parking available. Stuff was very helpful and always friendly. The room was a tiny bit smaller than we were used to and so was the bathroom. Basic amenities were there. Overall, A pleasant stay.

Hotel with simple rooms and parking very close to the historic center of Mulhouse. The rooms overlooking the parking lot are very quiet. Soundproofing inside is poor, so it's best to have quiet neighbors, which we did. Small bathroom. The staff were really very kind and pleasant. Good breakfast. Good value for money.

We used Berti Hotel as a base to visit Xmas markets in the Alsace area, using local trains and buses. The hotel was ideal as only a short walk to the train station. We also enjoyed the time we spent wandering around Mulhouse. The hotel staff were friendly and polite, the decor was good and the room was was fine for our needs.

Great staff and room however the shower head in room 12 could not be adjusted and needs repairing.

Perfect stay in Mulhouse less than 10m to train station and into old town. Spotlessly clean, was so nice to receive a personal welcome and relax as a guest. Staff were great, would not hesitate to stay here again.

Staff was friendly and room was fine. Rating reflects I was charged a higher amount than what ******* quoted. They said I had been upgraded to a larger room which I did not request. Would have been a 5 star rating without this issue.

This is a quiet hotel compared to Salvador BW location and nearer to the train station and less modern than the Salvador location. Good hotel. The staff is very polite. It is situated very near to Mulhouse central railway station. The drawbacks are 1. My room doesn't have any ventilation system. Not even in the washroom. 2. The bathing corner was not fully covered with glass. So it leaks the water. 3. Breakfast was not very good. We got burnt croissants and we had to wait a long time for scrambled eggs.
