It's the second time I stayed there, and I really find it magical. It's located in the center of Mulhouse, the decoration and vibe is art deco 20-30s + super American Christmas deco. And they have a nice bar/restaurant serving libanese and alsacienne food the with a little stage for life music. The rooms are also super nice and clean. The only thing but that may be a personal problem: be careful not to sleep on the cussions, my neck was stiff and in pain for over a week. Other than that everything perfect, suits very well to Mulhouse vibe and the staff are very kind and helpful.

Great location. Very friendly staff. Room was spacious. Great breakfast. Great art deco atmosphere all around. However, some furniture are dated and need to be updated.

Missed our train connection
We missed our connection and needed a room for one night. The staff were very accomodating, room was nicely appointed. Near a large park and nice restaurants. Highly recommended.

The hotel could do with a little updating on a few small details, but overall it's magnificent, with tasteful decor, perfect staff, and a fabulous breakfast.
One small drawback: the piano bar is closed on Sunday evenings, the only night I was there, and I couldn't access the terrace even to smoke, as I was forced to smoke in front of the entrance.

I'll try the Oreo method here that I once learned. The location was fantastic. Super close to the big church and downtown. The room was very hot because the A/C, despite working, wasn't effective (i.e., don't expect A/C although it might say there is A/C). The front desk staff blamed the hot weather outside for the hot room, instead of their ineffective and outdated A/C. Eventually we switched the room to the first floor hoping it'd be a bit cooler (slightly better at 27 degree).
In summary, good location but (effectively) no A/C but great location. There's my Oreo.
Oh, also the fridge didn't really work either in either rooms.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of the town center, where you'll find plenty of restaurants. Private parking in an underground garage. The room and bathroom are fine, but I'm not a fan of showering in the bathtub. The breakfast, for a whopping 19 euros, was a huge disappointment. Unfortunately, there was no gluten-free bread either!
