There is no AC! That wasn’t made clear. It is on the 3rd floor and a tiny staircase to get there. It’s not clearly marked. The room is very small and cramped. I have severe claustrophobia. I walked in and had an instant attack! THEY suggested I cancel and they would refund my stay. I was grateful for the understanding. HOWEVER, once I canceled they refused to refund my stay. I never stayed in the room. Input my bags down and immediately went outside for air and to calm my anxiety. It was so bad I forgot my bags in the room. I contacted them immediately when I was outside. I had my husband got back up and grab our bags and we left. They said because we put our bags in the room they would not refund our money. I offered them a compromise and they stopped communicating! I would NEVER stay in this place or with these people ever again! Horrible humans! I tried to be fair and understanding but it was a cash grab for them!
***They chose to ignore the fact that they told me I could cancel after
experiencing a panic and anxiety attack and they would give me a refund. I never stayed in this place! I walked in and walked out. After canceling and requesting the refund, they declined!!! That’s horrible!!! These people are not nice and take advantage and lie!***

House very warm, very charming, placed in the heart of the city centre of Bordeaux, there is theatres, cafes, restaurants, shops,..An extraordinary welcome, advice on how to discover Bordeaux... an atmosphere or one feels good. An address to know and to share..

The owner was super nice and provided really good personal service. Only one key per room, which might be an annoyance. Given the price, it's as good as one can expect!

Centrally located right by the Place de la bourse where good eateries and bakeries congregate. Cozy historical building and comfortable room. The owner is communicative and caring who even cooked some special rice porridge for my traveler’s sensitive digestive system. The breakfast room is bright and beautiful. Many thanks!

Very pleasant acommodation in the heart of Bordeaux. The owner was nice and helpful, we could borrow umbrellas, he provided a map etc. Breakfast was good (basic stuff such a french baguette, croissant, jam, yoghurt, cheese, juice and some fruits). Room was small, but cozy and clean. There wasn't noise from the street. The building is from the 16th century, so it's also a good experience to stay in such a historic place.

Really nice place and good, comfortable, clean and quiet rooms. Would be 5 but the stairs are a point of difficulty. Very narrow and steep.

The report quality-price is...coherent, given what was on the plate.
frozen do you want in here, a salmon tartare that we had to soak in the lemon juice the entire day as the taste, desserts, minimalist...ah, metro had to find a good client !

Not very good food, moderate prices. The duck confit was dryand the calf was tend er,but not very tasty. The salad with duck and ham was actually good.

the restaurant has avoid absolutely. kitchen very poor quality, slow with no taste, duck without the duck, mustard in a tube like the coffee, dessert very limit. I strongly recommend it, especially as there bcp better in Bordeaux.
