We had a lovely stay, beautiful spacious and spotless bedroom.
Breakfast was very good, however the staff were very very prompt in closing down the service, switching of the lights while we were still finishing our breakfast.
Only 1 person at the front desk spoke any English.
But definitely recommend this hotel.

I was very disappointed with my stay in Bordeaux. The room had an unpleasant smell, the hair dryer didn’t work, and the entire property is in need of serious renovation. It’s definitely not a 4-star hotel as advertised — more like a 2.5 to 3-star at best. The location might be convenient, but the overall experience did not meet expectations. I would not stay here again unless major improvements are made.

Room wasn’t ready before 3:00 pm even though the front desk said it was vacant. We watched other guests receive immediate access before 3:00. Dirty torn faded carpet with wet spots. Refrigerator door was open on arrival. Shower floor extremely slippery and hazardous. No wash cloths available. Loud music and pounding noise from the fitness center a floor below awakened us in early morning.

The room is spacious and clean. We have to take the tram to go to the city centre. It’s around 5-10 mins walk to the tram station. You can’t control the air con from your room, you have to dial to the reception to change the temperature for you.

This hotel was great. A few bugs trying to figure out the parking garage but the staff was super helpful. The rooftop bar/restaurant was our favorite place every evening with wonderful views of the German submarine pens and the Cite de Vin. We drove the first 2 days to city center but walked along the water to Cite du Vin and found the tram station. So much easier to take the tram. Staff was so kind and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is also on the deck and the food was much better than I expected and the customizable coffee machines made my mornings. Highly recommend and would stay here again if we return to the area.

good location, relatively new property but could be better maintained includinng lobby, hallway, parking lot. Things were falling apart and the property could be outdated quicker than supposed to be.

1 day get away
Great place with free parking, request ticket at parking kiosk via voice then get it validated at end, breakfest was awesome best bacon ever, staff speaks great english, lots of restaurants nearby, left car there and uber myself to downtown and avoid eco car penalty. 45 min drive to sain emilion.

The price is expensive, there are no other disadvantages, in the city center, close to the scenic area.

The place is unusual, and the decorum treated for a nightclub.
Unfortunately, this is not everything, and it even makes a little for the shot. As the playlist is slight, the sequencing of the repetitive and inconsistent, and the cocktails tasteless.
You might rely on the mood, but unless you want to embark on a safari wild, or collect phone numbers at the mass, go your way !

The side of the restaurant is very nice with a card of good taste , very good staff with a service of quality !

The bar is dirty and it serves you poor drinks for price of gold... The DJ is in his world, he is there to have fun first and foremost and the client is going after.
In short, in Bordeaux the professionals of the night go round and round and do not seek to renew it.
A share offer of drinks( the same as you can drink at home ) in dirty glasses, the music in the background and big arms that you look through, what is it that offers this kind of establishment ? Not a great thing.
