Currently undergoing refurbishment, so parking and restaurant were not available and the entrance was via a temporary staircase. But the room we got was already very clean and fresh, it was great. Unfortunately, they installed a big screen but no way to connect to it, so it’s just French TV for you.

Above expectation! Despite ongoing renovations and no parking on the premises, everything about this business hotel is spot on. The triple room we had was newly renovated and spotless. Even the hairdryer worked well and did the job fast. We forgot some items in the room when checking out and the hotel contacted us immediately via the app’s messaging system. Price was a bit high but for a last-minute find, this place is a gem. 10 minutes to the cathedral of Reims on foot. Didn’t get the breakfast, so can’t comment.

Newly renovated and fresh room, lovely staff and good breakfast. Easy to park in the street and short walk into the city centre.

It's right across from the stadium, about 2 kilometers from Reims train station, a half-hour walk. The room is very clean, and the windows are very soundproof, so you can get a good night's sleep.

Unfortunately the hotel was being refurbished when we were there so the car park was not accessible, the entrance was via scaffolding stairs and the reception and breakfast room were a bit makeshift. Our room itself was fine and recently renovated. Breakfast was poor with very bad coffee. Once building work is finished it will probably be fine, quite central location.

Booked this hotel a while ago as a stop over location on our long drive from Lake Geneva back to the UK. On arriving tonight, the hotel is undergoing full renovation, something that was not advised at point of booking, or communicated after.
When I questioned the receptionist, she was quite defensive and showed me a banner on the Campanile website advising of the building works. I said, as I had booked it a while ago, that message was not displayed at the time and I hadn’t been notified of this by the hotel since.
To access the hotel, you have to climb scaffolding steps, the whole exterior is cordoned off and looks out of use. There is also no secure parking as the car park is also being renovated. There wasn’t even a toilet to use in the reception area.
The receptionist didn’t hesitate to offer a free cancellation - which suggests they’ve had many issues recently with unhappy customers.
Perhaps next time, just close the hotel altogether.

A really excellent modern hotel (feels new) about 10 minutes walk from the center of the city. Really good sound proofing so really quiet while sleeping. Good ac as well. Highly recommend.
