We had a lovely stopover in Reims on our way home to England. The rooms are well-appointed, the beds are comfortable, and the showers were great. The hotel is in easy walking distance to the city centre and has free onsite parking, which was a major advantage. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed the extra welcome treats. We enjoyed our time in Reims so much we have already planned to go back when we have more time to spend.

I came for brunch: perfect! The restaurant has a superb dining room with a lovely view of the greenway. The buffet was well-stocked, with fresh produce, excellent pastries, and welcoming and friendly staff. I highly recommend it.

Spent one night in this hotel on a visit to Reims and was blown away by the quality of this Hyatt Centric. Had a much more upscale feel to it. The room was fantastic and the service from the front desk was top-notch. Would absolutely stay here again.

we alway's stayed at this hotel when it was a mercure and now after new ownership by hyatt i think it has improved after the re-furb we hope to visit this hotel many more times in the future and would recommend it to anyone.

The Hotel is very clean and welcoming, with friendly attentive staff. The food was also excellent and having an on site car park, makes this hotel an ideal stop over when travelling to the Alps. We will definitely use the hotel again and recommend to friends.

Very neat and clean, the staff spoke good English. Plenty of parking. The rooms were also clean and within walking distance of the city.

Everything was just perfect. The receptionist Junior was so helpful kind and professional we can’t praise him enough. The room was grand and the sheets where such good quality

Very nice hotel on a good location in center Reims. As the hotel was recently renovated the hotel has a very fresh and clean vibe. Rooms are modern - lightly decorated and very clean. We were hosting customers for a business event and the service prior to our stay and during our stay was perfect! Very good and efficient communication with the staff who was also handling our 'special' request. Would definitely recommend this hotel for business our personal purposes.

We booked this hotel on August 2, 2025 to arrive on September 29, 2025 for 4 nights. Luckily, my wife happened to be checking for places to go around the hotel a week before we were set to check in. It looked like the hotel was not open yet so my wife sent a message through Instagram, for which we never received a reply. On September 25, 2025 (4 days before checkin and 1 day before we were set to fly out to Paris), I called the hotel to see if they were open. I was told that it was not open to the public, but it should be open by the time we check in. Just to make sure, we emailed the hotel that night. On September 26, 2025, the day that my wife and I were set to fly to Paris and spend 2 nights before going to Reims, we received an email that they would not be able to check us in on September 29, 2025 and that they were looking for alternative arrangements for us. I spent over an hour trying to find out where they were trying to make arrangements for us, but did not get a response so I cancelled the reservation. By that time, all the other comparable hotels were SOLD OUT so we had to stay at much lesser rated hotel which was terrible.
