Great hotel in a prime location, with a nice restaurant and really friendly and helpful staff.

A high quality establishment. The hardwood floor rooms are exceptionally clean. Service for our room was exceptional. The location was in walking distance to many champagne houses. We loved to stop ar the bar/ lounge every night after a day in Reims/ Epernay. High quality champagnes available by the glass. The hotel has amazing quality for the price.

Fantastic property. Best Western has hit a grand slam home run with this “Premier” concept. Bar and restaurant were above excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will always stay at BW Premier in the future.

What a great hotel in a fabulous location. Rooms were spacious, updated and clean! Restaurant and bar on site with convenient hours. Plenty of outlets and USB outlets throughout the room. Breakfast was also very good.

A must stay!!! But you must stay on floor #4 with a super-sized balcony…right in front of the beautiful cathedral. Awe-inspiring to spend every night on our balcony, with champagne, as the Cathedral was all lit up; and every morning having breakfast on the balcony just staring at it. I booked this fantastic hotel while I was in Reims for my birthday and everything was above and beyond amazing! My mom had their concierge set up a gorgeous welcome with flowers, champagne, and macarons. The staff were all so kind and lovely and I can’t wait to book here agin. Not to mention the incredible view!!

Room was small but beautiful. Clean and bright and lots of sockets exactly where you need them which is always appreciated. While I didn’t have breakfast my friends did and the staff, whilst lovely, were sparse and orders for fresh eggs etc once taken took a long time to arrive. Coffee from a machine is sale not what I would expect from a five star hotel.

We stayed as a stopover from Manchester to Bavaria. The hotel is perfectly located for onward journeys after crossing the channel. Also just opposite large supermarket and in walking distance to bakers/restaurants. The hotel is bright, the rooms are clean and the pool is a fabulous start to the holiday! The staff were extremely helpful in arranging our stay, particularly when I needed to move the date at the last minute. The rooms are fine, reasonably comfortable and clean. The pool is a nice option when the weather is good. We have an electric car, so having multiple charging stations on-site was ideal. Breakfast was pretty good. We would come back.

We had a nice room (wheel chair accessible) with enough space around the bed. The bathroom was spacious. Walk to city Center is around 10 minutes. And parking is easy at the hotel. Breakfast was okay. Unfortunately the bar closes quite early.

It is no longer a four star hotel - the bathroom is inadequate, old. The location is good, not far from the old center and the newer center of town. The hotel sits by the river and is not too noisy, the windows keep out a lot of sound.

Our stay was amazing the hotel and the staff were superb. We even dined at the restaurant for dinner and it was exceptional the only issue we had was that our shower drain didn’t drain well so when we took a shower it flooded the bathroom floor. Great hotel for a one night stop over from the UK towards Germany. Clean, modern, friendly staff, good breakfast, nice connecting room, safe neighbourhood and ample parking. We will definitely stay again. If you have a young family the 2 connecting rooms are ideal. The staff couldn't help enough, the rooms and beds were perfection for a great night sleep and it was very close to the motorway but very quiet. Absolutely worth paying more for. We had food from the snacking menu on arrival at 8pm and it was really good. They even had presents for the kids on departure.

The Akena Reims is a very good, simple hotel that we like to use as a one-night stop on our trips across France. Our dogs are always welcome, and the bookable charging stations are also convenient for continuing the journey with a full battery in the morning. We have stayed at this hotel several times already and have more bookings planned for 2025/26.

This is a new hotel with excellent clean facilities. Food and drink options are very good and not expensive. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They do everything they can to make your stay comfortable.

Great hotel when you are on a short trip. Room are clean and nice, a bit old. There is a restaurant in the lobby, it has quite a warm atmosphere and game area to network or have fun. There is also a shop with all the specialities of the region, like champagne. Totally happy with my stay, can recommend it.

This is a very average hotel, a so-called 4-star hotel in France. The facilities are quite poor, not as good as 3-star hotels in China.

This is an excellent budget accommodation with a small kitchen. There was no coffee machine and not even a tea bag. It was a great stop over for what we paid.

Surprisingly clean compared to the other hotels, with a big private parking lot so we don’t have to worry for parking.

I think hotel Bristol is a great spot to stay for young travellers. Its location is perfect, being a stones throw from the train station. Situated on one of the busiest streets in Reims, has tons of nightlife and restaurants around it without having to go to far. Friendly staff who speak English.

For old world charm and modern luxuries, Les Crayeres is hard to beat. Not a large hotel which makes it feel more of a treat! There are fewer than 20 rooms in the main mansion. The property is on a side street off the Place Drouet d'Erlon near the fountain, so it is very convenient. We happened to be in Reims the night of the Fete de la Musique, so it was extremely noisy. The staff recommended that we head to the Place de la Forum, where the music would be a bit more tame. It was an excellent recommendation. The room was clean. Nice staff. Nice venue. The only reason we gave it a four star was because we could hear noise from all the other rooms. All the walls are super thin. You could hear people talking in the street and when the other tenets arrived at night, you could hear everything. Other than that it was a very nice stay.

I have stayed here 3 times now for work . It is very conveniently located for restaurants and a huge hyper market. The staff have always been lovely and very helpful and respectful. I always arrive with a vehicle transporter, and unless all the surrounding hotels are completely full, i can always park in one of the 5 bus/ truck bays. Or if busy, across several car parking bays. Always a comfortable overnight stay on our way to Italy , one of many I might add , but always a clean welcoming stay . Downside is , for some reason they close on a Sunday & bank holidays from 12pm untill 5pm .as we are nearly always booked in on a Sunday , bit of a bind . Tea & coffee facility as well

Pay the extra money to stay in the main hotel. I would avoid the cheaper annex where I stayed, the car park didn’t seem to have security cameras but was secure. The annex was just rooms so pretty soulless. It was really clean and very quiet, I would definitely se again.

Good. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Meal in evening was delicious and good value for money. Breakfast was good. There was a bit of wear and tear on the bayhroom door and the shower ywad would not stay up on the pole, kept sliding down. The bathroom although clean smelled a bit musty.

Location is great. The downstairs area is smart and there is a bar (as long as you don’t want ice in your drink!). However the air con in the room was useless. It wasn’t safe to leave the huge window open because it was on street level so I just didn’t sleep.

We used this hotel twice, once on the way into France and once on the way back. We were very satisfied. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable. We were able to have an evening meal, which was good. The breakfast was great, a continental style but perfectly adequate. We thought it was much better than some of the recent reviews suggested.

Overnight stop on our way to Burgundy. The location of the hotel is on a business park which as we were there on a Friday night was deserted. The hotel it self was fine but we arrived at 6.30pm and was told that there was no restaurant open at the weekend we were concerned. There is however a retail park with cafe’s and restaurants a 5 minute drive away. This should have been noted on their website

The hotel is in a good location, you can walk everywhere in a few minutes.

I was told that I hadn't paid when I checked in due to trouble, and I was told that I couldn't confirm that day due to system trouble. I contacted trip.com and found that the payment had been completed, so there was no problem after that. Deceived by the location - faced with seemingly the back entrances to buildings and a very unimpressive 'HOTEL" sign, all of sudden the gates were opened to a private car park and the most beautiful building and interior. Ideally located hotel in the city center, surrounded by many restaurants. Parking available at the parking lot. The room card was deactivated several times. Decent breakfast. Slight noise disturbance due to the proximity of bars and restaurants, but nothing bothersome. Otherwise, everything was impeccable.

The hotel is in a good location, 5 minutes away from the train station. The hotel facilities and rooms are average for a Best Western hotel, but clean and functional. It should be noted that the hotel is under renovation recently and has scaffolding.

For those who want to be in the center of Reims it is perfectly located. However be aware that you will be in the middle where it's happening, and you will hear the noise through the window. Staff are friendly. Room was ok, it was a quite old and small but clean. The choice for breakfast was limited, make sure you go before 8am otherwise you will have limited choice.
