A high quality establishment. The hardwood floor rooms are exceptionally clean. Service for our room was exceptional. The location was in walking distance to many champagne houses. We loved to stop ar the bar/ lounge every night after a day in Reims/ Epernay. High quality champagnes available by the glass. The hotel has amazing quality for the price.

Spent one night in this hotel on a visit to Reims and was blown away by the quality of this Hyatt Centric. Had a much more upscale feel to it. The room was fantastic and the service from the front desk was top-notch. Would absolutely stay here again.

we alway's stayed at this hotel when it was a mercure and now after new ownership by hyatt i think it has improved after the re-furb we hope to visit this hotel many more times in the future and would recommend it to anyone.

The Hotel is very clean and welcoming, with friendly attentive staff. The food was also excellent and having an on site car park, makes this hotel an ideal stop over when travelling to the Alps. We will definitely use the hotel again and recommend to friends.

Has an art vibe with good service. Great breakfast and nice restaurant attached. Comfortable with large rooms. It isn't in the heart of Reims but there is a ~2E bus that takes you there. Staff is very friendly and efficient.

We were extremely happy with the quality of food and the top service from our waitress Olympe, we really recommend this place if you want to taste the real homemade french cuisine. The price easily justifies the evening experience.

My 1 night stay was uncomfortable because the aircon could not keep the room cool. I had a top floor end of corridor room with windows facing the sun. It's difficult to get past that. I wish I had raised it with the staff as they may have been able to move us? I had my daughter with me and we had a lot of stuff and we were breaking a long journey for the night and we were tired so the idea of moving...

Small lift, inadequate for a lot of luggage and people

We stayed here as a family of 4 in one room as a quick stop over enroute to skiing. Excellent customer service. The room was very clean. Basic but that is all that was needed. Good shower. Breakfast was very good- plenty of croissants, breads, juice, fruit etc.. The parking was included and secure- locked gates at night. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed as a stopover from Manchester to Bavaria. The hotel is perfectly located for onward journeys after crossing the channel. Also just opposite large supermarket and in walking distance to bakers/restaurants. The hotel is bright, the rooms are clean and the pool is a fabulous start to the holiday! The staff were extremely helpful in arranging our stay, particularly when I needed to move the date at the last minute. The rooms are fine, reasonably comfortable and clean. The pool is a nice option when the weather is good. We have an electric car, so having multiple charging stations on-site was ideal. Breakfast was pretty good. We would come back.

Staff are very friendly and professional. Location is easy if you're just stopping over night to travel the next day. Food menu was very limited and quite pricey for what it is. Mathieu who was front of house on our arrival made our stay a good one. Every request we had was met with a smile and the solution. Mathieu deserves a five star hotel to work in to match his service level and languages spoken! This Ibis is from the old days, very oppressive and not great value for the cost. If you’re okay with that it’s all good and if Mathieu’s on shift, excellent.

Good budget hotel clean and comfortable (actually pinched some ideas for my bedroom at home). There was a problem with my booking, which was confirmed by my 3rd party site but not received by hotel. They allocated me a room despite not having received my booking and didn't charge me. We had a pleasant stay — the room and bathroom were small but clean and well-maintained. Parking was conveniently located right next to the hotel, which made things easy. The location is excellent for exploring downtown Reims on foot, with many key sights and restaurants just a short walk away. We’d happily stay here again on our next visit!

Beautiful hotel in a great spot. Out room faced the street and was quiet with the window closed but we needed to keep it open at times cause the room got quite hot. Lots of street noise till about two in the morning and then garbage trucks etc. an internal room would have been better.

Our stay was amazing the hotel and the staff were superb. We even dined at the restaurant for dinner and it was exceptional the only issue we had was that our shower drain didn’t drain well so when we took a shower it flooded the bathroom floor. Obviously a drainage issue but when I got into the shower I could smell the drainage issue and should have known. It was a putrid smell out nespresso machine...

The rooms are basic, but extremely clean. The staff are always helpful and pleasant. Breakfast is really good with a never ending supply of free hot drinks. We’ve stayed several times en route to Munich.

Deceived by the location - faced with seemingly the back entrances to buildings and a very unimpressive 'HOTEL" sign, all of sudden the gates were opened to a private car park and the most beautiful building and interior. Clean place, good enough for an overnight stay especially at that price. It was cold in the rooms, and we never really managed to heat the floors and bathrooms, though it was eventually warm enough in the bedrooms. This hotel has all you really need. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and small but functional bathrooms. It also has fantastic family rooms so that parents and 3 children can sleep in two connected rooms. Ideally located hotel in the city center, surrounded by many restaurants. Parking available at the parking lot. The room card was deactivated several times. Decent breakfast. Slight noise disturbance due to the proximity of bars and restaurants, but nothing bothersome. Otherwise, everything was impeccable.

The hotel is in a good location, 5 minutes away from the train station. The hotel facilities and rooms are average for a Best Western hotel, but clean and functional. It should be noted that the hotel is under renovation recently and has scaffolding.

For those who want to be in the center of Reims it is perfectly located. However be aware that you will be in the middle where it's happening, and you will hear the noise through the window. Staff are friendly. Room was ok, it was a quite old and small but clean. The choice for breakfast was limited, make sure you go before 8am otherwise you will have limited choice.

Park8ng is not at the property and is not free. They switched my room the next day because the shower didn't work. The first room did not have any amenities but the second room did. First room was very noisy from the outside but second room was much more quieter and larger.

Pay the extra money to stay in the main hotel. I would avoid the cheaper annex where I stayed, the car park didn’t seem to have security cameras but was secure. The annex was just rooms so pretty soulless. It was really clean and very quiet, I would definitely se again.

Budget option for families, booked last minute, it was okay.

We chose this hotel so we could walk to Veuve Clicquot tour which was easy however quite far from centre of Reims you need to drive or take the bus.Parking is easy on the hotel site

This is a very convenient budget-priced location in Reims - the reception welcome was good and thorough in providing information for the stay. Good size bed, comfortable in a well-lit room with a desk for working etc. Clothing space small but adequate with enough space to hang clothes. Bathroom and shower also adequate and clean. Do consider staying at this hotel if you’re visiting Reims with a car. With a 7-minute drive from the city center, you get a more spacious room with facilities much more than a 3-star. We couldn’t manage to arrive on time for check-in, but they have kindly found out an alternative to work it out. Attached photo displays the outdoor patio to our room!

I have to say that as soon as you enter rue de Magneux, guided by the satnav, seeing cars parked both sides, with a sole lane in the middle, I thought “Where the hell are we headed?” The hotel is placed on both side of the street and is composed by various composite blocks purchased one after the other, it has evolved like...
