Great hotel in a prime location, with a nice restaurant and really friendly and helpful staff.
A high quality establishment. The hardwood floor rooms are exceptionally clean. Service for our room was exceptional. The location was in walking distance to many champagne houses. We loved to stop ar the bar/ lounge every night after a day in Reims/ Epernay.
High quality champagnes available by the glass. The hotel has amazing quality for the price.
Fantastic property. Best Western has hit a grand slam home run with this “Premier” concept. Bar and restaurant were above excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will always stay at BW Premier in the future.
What a great hotel in a fabulous location. Rooms were spacious, updated and clean! Restaurant and bar on site with convenient hours. Plenty of outlets and USB outlets throughout the room. Breakfast was also very good.
Good location & nice room decoration.
It is great place to stay there in Remis.
Close proximity to good restaurants, cafes and a mid-size supermarket. Staff are helpful and friendly.

A must stay!!! But you must stay on floor #4 with a super-sized balcony…right in front of the beautiful cathedral. Awe-inspiring to spend every night on our balcony, with champagne, as the Cathedral was all lit up; and every morning having breakfast on the balcony just staring at it. It’s a bit more money but well worth it. The restaurants and the people are all amazing here. A special shoutout...
I booked this fantastic hotel while I was in Reims for my birthday and everything was above and beyond amazing! My mom had their concierge set up a gorgeous welcome with flowers, champagne, and macarons. The staff were all so kind and lovely and I can’t wait to book here agin. Not to mention the incredible view!!
Room was small but beautiful. Clean and bright and lots of sockets exactly where you need them which is always appreciated. While I didn’t have breakfast my friends did and the staff, whilst lovely, were sparse and orders for fresh eggs etc once taken took a long time to arrive. Coffee from a machine is sale not what I would expect from a five star hotel.
Beautiful property with spacious rooms and amazing views of the cathedral. Staff helped us arrange a champagne tour. Also helped with taxi bookings. Lovely lobby.
Great place to stay when in Reims - visiting Champagne region for our first time. Everyone at the hotel was professional including the concierge desk who helped me with car service, recommendations etc ahead of our stay.
It’s a historic location, but inside very modern. Our room had a nice balcony and view of the cathedral. There is a lot of construction going on but it did not bother us at all. Storage...

I stayed at the Greet Hotel Reims-Tinqueux in late September 2025, during its opening week. The hotel has a fresh, modern design with a style that clearly appeals to a younger audience. The rooms are simple but practical, with comfortable beds and everything clean. Breakfast was good, though the selection is on the smaller side. The staff stood out most to me – they are young, welcoming, and very...
We stayed as a stopover from Manchester to Bavaria. The hotel is perfectly located for onward journeys after crossing the channel. Also just opposite large supermarket and in walking distance to bakers/restaurants. The hotel is bright, the rooms are clean and the pool is a fabulous start to the holiday! Reception staff were really friendly. Lots of options for breakfast.
The staff were extremely helpful in arranging our stay, particularly when I needed to move the date at the last minute. The rooms are fine, reasonably comfortable and clean. The pool is a nice option when the weather is good. We have an electric car, so having multiple charging stations on-site was ideal. Breakfast was pretty good. We would come back.
Staff are very friendly and professional. Location is easy if you're just stopping over night to travel the next day. Food menu was very limited and quite pricey for what it is. No dairy free breakfast alternatives. Cleanliness of the room needs improvement, hairs found in bedding and bathroom floor.
We stayed here for one night as a stopover and it couldn’t have been better. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, yet quiet enough for a good night’s rest. The room was just right for our small family, comfortable and clean, with all the essentials. The food was great, and the service from the staff matched this-friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We’d happily stay here again on...
Overall, the hotel is good with very nice and spacious rooms and a wide selection of food and drinks. Unfortunately, I had a bad spot, while next door the waiter was quick, friendly, and attentive. Parking is free and ample, the location is very quiet with good transport links. The pool is definitely a big plus. However, the breakfast was disappointing for this category. For me, it's a 3.5-star experience...

Very nice hotel on a good location in center Reims. As the hotel was recently renovated the hotel has a very fresh and clean vibe. Rooms are modern - lightly decorated and very clean. We were hosting customers for a business event and the service prior to our stay and during our stay was perfect! Very good and efficient communication with the staff who was also handling our 'special' request. Would...
We had a nice room (wheel chair accessible) with enough space around the bed. The bathroom was spacious. Walk to city Center is around 10 minutes. And parking is easy at the hotel. Breakfast was okay. Unfortunately the bar closes quite early.
It is no longer a four star hotel - the bathroom is inadequate, old. The location is good, not far from the old center and the newer center of town. The hotel sits by the river and is not too noisy, the windows keep out a lot of sound.

Situated close to the Cathedral and perfect for exploring Reims. It is what you would expect from a Mercure and we would certainly visit again. Room was clean and tidy and the bed comfortable. Very good breakfast included in our stay.

I really enjoyed Reims because of this hotels location relative to places we were trying to go: short walk from restaurants, bars, the train station, and the famous major churches that people come here to visit.

Our stay was amazing the hotel and the staff were superb. We even dined at the restaurant for dinner and it was exceptional the only issue we had was that our shower drain didn’t drain well so when we took a shower it flooded the bathroom floor. Obviously a drainage issue but when I got into the shower I could smell the drainage issue and should have known. It was a putrid smell out nespresso machine...
Good hotel at excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and well equipped but furniture was starting to show signs that a renovation might be due soon. Public parking garage right in front of the hotel makes it easy to arrive by car.
Nice, central, clean, charming, nice staff. Everything was actually perfect, but it also comes at another price than other hotels in the area.
Perfect location in Reims
Perfectly located. Very clean and comfortable accommodations. The included breakfast was wonderful and the staff very friendly and helpful.
Even though the staff was friendly, the location is great and near the parking garage. We had to leave a night earlier because we just couldn’t sleep there, the sound of ventilation was extremely loud and we couldn’t turn it off. There weren’t any water glasses in the room or coffee cups, no kettle, no tea basically nothing (at least a coffee machine was there). For this price we would be okay with...

Really liked this little hotel. Friendly staff, comfortable, modern rooms, and some nice little touches (free sweets and water bottles to take to your room). Breakfast was tasty. Hotel is next to a cute stream and we had a pleasant walk before checking out. Would return.
Great hotel for a one night stop over from the UK towards Germany. Clean, modern, friendly staff, good breakfast, nice connecting room, safe neighbourhood and ample parking. Unfortunately we had a problem with the air con in one of our rooms, which made for a warm night and the ‘non-Tesla’ EV charger didn’t work, which lead to some issues/confusion in the morning. However, all in all, for the price...
We will definitely stay again. If you have a young family the 2 connecting rooms are ideal.
The staff couldn't help enough, the rooms and beds were perfection for a great night sleep and it was very close to the motorway but very quiet. Absolutely worth paying more for.
We had food from the snacking menu on arrival at 8pm and it was really good.
They even had presents for the kids on departure.
The Akena Reims is a very good, simple hotel that we like to use as a one-night stop on our trips across France.
Our dogs are always welcome, and the bookable charging stations are also convenient for continuing the journey with a full battery in the morning.
We have stayed at this hotel several times already and have more bookings planned for 2025/26.

Gave it a second chance before reviewing.
I stayed here twice, wanting to give the hotel a fair shot. During my first visit, I was placed in a ground-floor room “decorated by a local artist” (see my photos from January 2025). While I understand the intention behind creating a unique vibe, the design felt more like graffiti than art, and the space was not relaxing—it actually gave me a sense of anxiety...
Quirky decor used for overnight stops to and from Italy. Good variety of foods at breakfast, comfortable rooms, very pleasant staff, no porterage though.
I spent two nights away from the hustle and bustle of Paris on a weekend between business trips, and I felt extremely refreshed.
When I arrived at the hotel entrance by car, I thought, "Wow..." from the exterior, but that first impression was betrayed in a good way. The kind staff were attentive to our check-in at the reception, which made us enjoy our stay, the room was clean, and most of all, the...
Had a lovely evening. Very relaxing after long drive from Alps on our way back to Eurotunnel
Great hotel when you are on a short trip. Room are clean and nice, a bit old. There is a restaurant in the lobby, it has quite a warm atmosphere and game area to network or have fun. There is also a shop with all the specialities of the region, like champagne. Totally happy with my stay, can recommend it.
This is a very average hotel, a so-called 4-star hotel in France. The facilities are quite poor, not as good as 3-star hotels in China.

This is an excellent budget accommodation with a small kitchen. There was no coffee machine and not even a tea bag. It was a great stop over for what we paid.
Surprisingly clean compared to the other hotels, with a big private parking lot so we don’t have to worry for parking.
I chose this hotel for a business trip, it's not bad
The rooms are really nice with wifi, but there are lots of dodgy people around.
Superb! Very impressed with staff, food, hospitality and comfort of rooms.
Room basic and simple but very comfortable.
Despite fire alarm going off at 10pm.
Staff dealt and reassured and apologised. Couldn’t fault them. Free parking too.
Big family room with mezzanine for the kids and large bathroom. Was clean and comfy bed. Definitely needs a refresh on the deco though. The bathroom was like the showers at an old municipal swimming pool.

Great location, near to train station. Wiyhin walking distance
Nice hotel with a great location right on the square. Lots of dining options just outside your door. Room was small and the toilet “cupboard” was awkward. Staff was great. We’d happily return.
I think hotel Bristol is a great spot to stay for young travellers. Its location is perfect, being a stones throw from the train station. Situated on one of the busiest streets in Reims, has tons of nightlife and restaurants around it without having to go to far. Friendly staff who speak English.
I had a room on the top floor with a lovely view over the main thoroughfare. When I walked in, the room smelled pretty strongly of mildew, so I opened the windows for a while to let it air out.
The bed itself was very comfy, and the curtains did a good job of blocking the sunlight. Bathroom was fine, the shower did leak a bit around the bottom.

For old world charm and modern luxuries, Les Crayeres is hard to beat. Not a large hotel which makes it feel more of a treat! There are fewer than 20 rooms in the main mansion. The property is on a side street off the Place Drouet d'Erlon near the fountain, so it is very convenient. We happened to be in Reims the night of the Fete de la Musique, so it was extremely noisy. The staff recommended that we head to the Place de la Forum, where the music would be a bit more tame. It was an excellent recommendation. The room was clean. I would likely return on my next trip to Reims
The elevator was not working, and the room was on the fifth floor.
Nice staff. Nice venue. The only reason we gave it a four star was because we could hear noise from all the other rooms. All the walls are super thin. You could hear people talking in the street and when the other tenets arrived at night, you could hear everything. Other than that it was a very nice stay.

Very worn and tired appearance. The common areas and our room in need of new carpeting and painting. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Meal in evening was delicious and good value for money. Breakfast was good.
There was a bit of wear and tear on the bayhroom door and the shower ywad would not stay up on the pole, kept sliding down. The bathroom although clean smelled a bit musty.

Very pleasant overnight stay. Reasonably secure motorcycle parking with locked main gate and wheel lock available, but a little expensive an 15 Euro.
For me the hotel was convenient, but it is tired and the clean room had few facilities. No air con, no kettle, no iron. Optional food was just okay. Staff and cleanliness were plus points.
Excellent and helpful staff. Room good but hot and mattress much softer than I prefer. Parking difficult if you have a trailer but good for cars. Good location and value for money.
The hotel is in an easy location, for the price we paid, i would have expected a larger family room it was very small, nowhere to put suitcases. The service at this hotel was amazing. Kinga was especially great. The location is fantastic for all the local activities. Deceived by the location - faced with seemingly the back entrances to buildings and a very unimpressive 'HOTEL" sign, all of sudden the gates were opened to a private car park and the most beautiful building and interior. Cannot fault the staff, they were so helpful and the comfort and cleanliness of the room was exceptional. Great location and would definitely stay again when visiting Reims again
Great hotel! Clean and very cute. Our room had a very comfortable bed, a nice size bathroom, and a quite cold AC. The indoor pool and sauna was awesome! Manager was very friendly and helpful.
This hotel exceeded my expectations! It was very quiet, clean, comfortable, and in a great location to escape noise but still be able to walk everywhere. The hotel has a nice bar, pool, and bikes to borrow. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.

Fiyatına göre güzel bir otel, resepsiyon çok iyi. Dekorasyonu da beğendik. Kahvaltı almadık o yüzden yorum yapamıyorum.
Ideally located hotel in the city center, surrounded by many restaurants. Parking available at the parking lot. The room card was deactivated several times. Decent breakfast. Slight noise disturbance due to the proximity of bars and restaurants, but nothing bothersome. Otherwise, everything was impeccable.
The hotel is in a good location, 5 minutes away from the train station. The hotel facilities and rooms are average for a Best Western hotel, but clean and functional. It should be noted that the hotel is under renovation recently and has scaffolding.
For those who want to be in the center of Reims it is perfectly located. However be aware that you will be in the middle where it's happening, and you will hear the noise through the window. Staff are friendly. Room was ok, it was a quite old and small but clean. The choice for breakfast was limited, make sure you go before 8am otherwise you will have limited choice.
Quite old building for hotel, a little noisy due to the bar around, quite small a room.
